Said he would come in the afternoon...no call no show..at least a call to say not coming would be in order...they call next day to see if they can help...found someone else more reliable

Every business has Its good and bad days but I have used this guy for years. Both total re-plumbing from galvanized pipe to copper supply and plastic waste, remodel and general maintenance. I blew up a pressure reducer valve. I shut the main off and Terry himself the owner showed up with another one within 2 hours and replaced it. Free. It had to be 20 years old. It just blew apart for no reason. Was fair on my repairs over the years, also on my heating and cooling. Recommended him to friends and family.
That was my only real small emergency and he showed right up.

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would!! We got up on Sunday, September 4th and no hot water. I called the home warranty company and they provided me the name of this company. I called and spoke with their answering service and they got Terry on the telephone. I explained the situation and Terry setup an appointment for Monday, September 5th at 9:00 am.

At 9:30 am Terry was still a no show and had not called so I called back to see if there was a problem. I finally got through to Terry and much to my surprise Terry was not coming out to our house. He stated that he did not want to have to deal with a home warranty company. There are just too many hoops to deal with these companies. I can understand if Terry does not want to work with a warranty company but, ""WHAT ABOUT CALLING THE CUSTOMER""!! He was not going to show up or call me so that I can find another plumber.

Terry should have at least called me as I was more than willing to pay the full bill and then wait for the payment from the warranty company. He also cost himself the opportunity to do some other repairs/upgrades for people that can afford to pay for these items. So shame on Terry for displaying ""BELOW ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE""!! I would not waste you time calling this company.
