I have only good things to say about this team. I have used their services three times in the past three years and they have been excellent at what they do, mainly kitchen sink issues (broken pipes and faucet leaks). I was very pleased today, Terry showed up on time, did the job quickly as a true profesional. I highly recommend their services and will definitely call them up, again.

The professional plumbers from Terry Garrity Plumbing are excellent at what they do. They provide superior service and it shows in the quality and thoroughness of how they plan and execute a job. They came to investigate and repair a problematic main sewer line (the one you as a homeowner/HOA are responsible for) at our 17 unit condo building in the city. Work entailed scoping the line with a camera, diagnosing the problem, presenting options to repair it, completing the work, and then double checking with the camera again to make sure it was clear. The plumber provided me with information along the way that empowered me as the customer and condo board member to be able to make the right decisions for our building for that job as well as a couple other minor ones. These guys won't talk over your head and have an enthusiasm for what they do that imparts trust and confidence in their abilities. They will get the thing done right the first time. Although I am probably nosier & more obnoxious than the average plumbing customer, asking questions about this and that, they took it all in stride and gave me understandable and appropriately detailed information tailored to my plumbing knowledge level, clearly and confidently explaining what was going on. For people who (a) don't give a sh*t about plumbing and or (b) are curious but not sure, these plumbers will meet you where you're at to explain things and, most importantly, get your pipes working again. Go with them, they'll give you good service you won't need to worry about later. The front office staff are pleasant as well. Plumbers were on time, clean, clear in communication, respectful of our homes, and just generally the type of people you want in your place doing this kind of work. Highly recommended.

I'm sure there are a lot of Covid19 sewer backups nowadays, lol, so I was super impressed how fast Ryan and Kevin were able to come to our house (they were here a full hour before the time Terry quoted!). The pricing was also fair.

They were fast, friendly, professional, and they left everything cleaned up and the issues resolved! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Terry missed 2 appointments that were set up , unbelievable ,when he finally did show he didn't know what to do,can't believe schermerhorn management recommend them, nothing got done then tried to collect for his time,

Terry is a decent plumber, I used him for over 5 years BUT he missed 3 appointments with me. His office only called once to cancel. In the past I had referred him to several friends and even my awesome handyman who has gotten Terry jobs. I have told my friends about my experience and no one will be hiring him in the future. I will not hire him. I suggest you look elsewhere for reliable service.

After an unsatisfactory installation of our dishwasher, I've called 3 times to two different numbers, both to Terry himself and to his ""office"" number.
In all cases, my calls have been ignored. I will never use this company again and I do not recommend it.
