DRUG ADDICTS AND THIEVES. Terry Fabian brought Kensington addicts with open sores into my home to work. They stole my dryer, including the outlet and wiring all the way to the fuse box including the switches. He left crusted putty tools in my sink ruining the garbage disposal. He charges for work that he doesn't do. He will charge you to buy and replace appliances that are in perfect working order. He will keep telling you he needs money but will never finish the job. I changed all my locks and had to call the police.

Terry went above and beyond for me when I was having AC and plumbing issues in my rental unit and in my unit. I had recently bought a duplex with no roof access to access the AC units on my roof. Terry got onto my roof, opened up a hatch which had been covered by a roofer years before and then diagnosed the problem I was having with my AC units. I was told by several AC companies I needed new units. Terry found that the disconnects has been installed improperly, and my units were not getting enough voltage. He replaced the disconnects with newer versions and now both my units have central AC again! I can't recommend him enough, he was clear on what needed to be done and had it done quickly. Both me and my tenant are very happy with the service.

Terry did an amazing job installing a mini-split system in my daughter's room. He was super knowledgeable and professional- he always put down tarps so the room stayed clean. my daughters room has heat again, thanks to terry . highly recommend!

Protect yourself- IMPORTANT- AVOID **Terry Fabian** and his heating services. Protection yourself. He basically stole money from me by presenting himself as qualified, when in reality, he is NOT knowledgeable enough to do heating work, plus he is trying to evade the court system. He does not follow up to correct his poor workmanship. He made so many mistakes which is costing me thousands of dollars to repair. Imo-his actions are purposeful and absolute fraud and a con. I have a signed contract and warranty which is worthless, because it is with him. I had no idea till the other company showed me- Terry even painted the original old circulator pump to look like new even though it was supposed to be a new one. He used the wrong type of piping which would melt at 180 deg, and the company repairing his work said what he did was even dangerous. He didn't install things he should have, he installed some other things incorrectly, and he didn't inform the township and didn't tell me he was supposed to. **Anyone who knows where he lives, please let me know.** He is trying to evade ""being served"". I know where his house is in Phila, but apparently he is only keeping his tools there.
