I've known terry for many years, he is professional, and really knows what he is doing, he came out and fixed a leaking pipe in my cousins house, and even did a few extra's at no cost, I would highly recommend him to anybody needed a plumber.

This review is for Terry Carlsen, TLCarlsen plumbing & drain cleaning. The only reason I wanted to make that clear is because the phone number I called was different, it is 949-309-7913. So, my bathroom sink was clogged for like a month! We tried everything to get it draining again and nothing seemed to work, not even the snake things that you buy at Home Depot. I'm pretty sure that it got clogged when my daughter decided she was over her orbeez and thought the best way to dispose of them was to put them down the sink. They must have gone past 26ft (Home Depot snake length) and then solidified or something.

I called TLCarlsen and Terry came out the following morning. He called that morning to confirm my address (very professional) and let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived he was super nice. He pet my dog and made his way to out forever clogged sink. Terry worked his magic within 15 minutes! Then after he got our sink going he cleaned our pipes (the elbow part and the little long part under the sink) and the entire work area. He was very very honest. He didn't try to up sell his services. He was super professional and friendly. As he was leaving we wanted to give him a small gratuity, even to just cover his gas (San Clemente to Tustin is kind of a long way) and he very graciously declined and asked only that we keep him in mind when we or our friends are in need of a plumber. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the service provided by Terry. If you're looking for an honest plumber who will get the job done right in a jiffy, I would call him. Good luck.
