Paid this guy for new construction on his word he'd complete the job. He demanded money up front for materials, then cut every corner possible and had me buy additional parts, then never completed even the rough ins. Did barely enough to pass inspection on a moderately sized house, despite being onsite for a combined total of about 6 days, then wanted to argue the quality of his work. Promised extra ""free"" work for my troubles, then didn't complete those tasks either, and threatened to ""back-bill"" me for them.

Save yourself some money, sanity, and blood-pressure meds, and hire a reputable plumber.
