Would definitely recommend. Had a gas leak after moving into our new home. Called several places before calling Bourbon Plumbing and none of them seemed concerned or had any sense of urgency regarding our issue. Won't be making that mistake again. Spoke w Lacey at Bourbon Plumbing and she got us in as quickly as she could. The whole team of people who helped during the process were great. All very respectful and professional. All very patient and willing to answer all my questions. Will be using again for all our plumbing issues.

We have used Bourboun Plumbing for years and never been disappointed with any part of their service. It is a family business. Lacy takes your calls and is very helpful and friendly. Tom, the owner, runs a great business, is honest, and only hires good, knowledgeable help. They stay very busy so you may have to wait a day or two to get service, but you can always depend on quality service from friendly, honest people.

Can not recommend them highly enough!! We have used them on multiple occasions and are always thrilled with the service and reasonable prices.
Our water heater went out on Friday night and Tom and Lacy were here by midday Saturday to replace it.
They gave us options for replacements as well as making sure we were informed for everything we needed to know on the unit they installed.
We will continue to use Bourbon Plumbing and genuinely appreciate how much easier they make the stress of plumbing issues!

I had a really terrible experience with Tom and this company. The people they hire are rough around the edges and very disrespectful. The entire time I felt uncomfortable with them being in my home and around my family. We agreed on a certain price before the work then at the end of the job Tom (owner) almost doubled it telling me ""I'd better get my money""

Worst part was that a few months later I had to hire another plumber to fix several things that they had done wrong.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with Bourboun Plumbing

Thomas helped me in a time of great need. My home was under contract to be sold and I had unknowingly left the natural gas (thought it was still part of PNM's services) disconnected. The winter was coming along with cold temperatures and I wanted to make sure my home's pipes didn't freeze. When NM Gas Co. told me the gas line under the back yard was leaking and needed replacement, I was put in contact with Tom at Bourbon Plumbing. Tom was able to replace the gas line quickly while following code and local building ordinances for much less than I had originally expected. After the required inspections were completed he made several plumbing repairs and replaced several faucets quickly. In my opinion Bourbon Plumbing is the best in the Alamogordo area.

The city initiated an ""emergency shut-off"" of the water in our home due to a continuous flow of water that was detected. Darnold Plumbing was able to come out the next day to find the leak. Trent and Jake showed up and wasted no time looking for the problem. Although this leak seemed to be difficult to find, these gentlemen remained professional and answered every question asked. These guys did a great job! We will not hesitate to call them again for all of our plumbing needs.

15 years after Darnold Plumbing first did the original construction plumbing on our new home, we finally had to replace all the Delta hot and cold valves in our master and guest showers, so we asked them to come back and do it. They arrived promptly at 9am and immediately got to work, spending two full hours to make sure the job was done right. They wasted no time while they were here, restored everything back to its original condition, and left both showers as clean as they were before they started their work. We are completely happy with them and would invite them back to do any other plumbing we might need.
