The issues took 5 mins to resolve and he Came to fix my heating issue took 2 hours to do it snd in between told me that he couldnt do it and there was another problem and will charge me extra. he settled with me for 300$ and at the end told me that its going to be 350$
He thearted me and said im calling the cops and the day before said for coming to youe house i will charge you 250$ and we told him we want to cancel he and said no you cant cancel pay me or were going to court . His name was joe and he was very disrespectful and his service was very bad. would Not recommend.

Fixed leak. Was here about an hour. Replaced a few inches of Pex tubing and charges $700. He stated that was with a $300 discount. After joe left shutoff valve didn't open and close properly. Called another plumber to fix it. Will not use joe again due to price gouging me.

0 stars. 0ne toilet wouldn't flush. $640 later. that toilet does't flush. TO COME BACK WOULD BE ANOTHER CHARGE!!

We had a faucet in a bathtub that had a constant, but slow drip. We bought the part that needed to be replaced. Terranova came and were able to take the crew off so the part could be replaced. It was difficult to take off because of years of use. However it took the plumber 20 to 30 minutes to install our new part. We we were charged $200 for this service. It was definitely excessive

Recently, I'd gotten an astronomical estimate to have 2 spigots replaced from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, in Deer Park.

They quoted me an unreal price of 900.00 (after a 100.00 discount!)

and I turned that down. I wasn't going to get robbed.

I called Terranova Plumbing & Heating in Miller Place, NY and spoke directly with Joe, the owner. He asked what I needed done and told him I just need to have 2 spigots replaced. He gave me a quote OVER THE PHONE for 250.00, and gave me an appointment for Friday, April 12.

He said they would get here between 3 and 4 but they called and were on the way here a little after 2pm.

Joe and Brian were great. Uniformed and clean, they got the job done in a little over an hour, and I was charged 250.00. They were both very professional and clean. Got the job done for a fair price, no highway robbery here.

Joe is the owner. Real nice person, knows what he's doing and knows how to do good, HONEST business.

Terranova Plumbing & Heating does all phases of plumbing. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable plumber, with honest quotes, is clean and gets the job done.
