Professional , prompt and pleasant. I spoke with Ross, the owner, on the phone and via email. He was always responsive to my many questions and always treated me with respect and was very professional and is a very nice person. I had 3 toilets replaced , I thought it would be a major headache, but it was a very easy experience thanks to Ross and the excellent crew. They wore booties over their shoes, were very careful and respectful of our home. Did a great job, quiet and clean and courteous. I give them 5 stars +++

My toilet stopped up day before yesterday. I consulted with my neighbor, Ross, the owner, about unclogging it with a plunger and what do you know, it worked! The new valve was stuck and he came over promptly to unlosen it. My hose was also stuck on too tight and he helped replace the sprayer end as well. His company has helped me with a water heater, disposal, and an unrelated problem involving tree trimming as well. I was highly satisfied with his staff and service provided. I had a great experience using Terrano Plumbing and Remodeling. We had a leak in one of our showers and saw on Google how good the reviews were. I immediately had a great interaction with Debbie in the office. She was extremely friendly, professional, and made the experience great! I then had Steve come out and do the work and I have to say he was absolutely amazing! He has a great personality! He wasn't looking to rush past this job to get to another appointment. They charged me $90 to come out and tell me that there is nothing they could do to the toilet if its not backed up at the time. They could have just told me that on the phone when i called in the problem. Beware!! The plumber that came out tried to sell me a new bowl i said i would if he didnt charge me the original service call and he turned me down. So instead of selling me an $800 bowl they rather take the $90 for coming out for 10 minutes to tell me there is nothing he could do. Bad business!!

These guys are top notch. Stefano (Steve) came out after I had a few guys here to fix an on going issue with the house. After a thorough inspection, he got right to work, and by the time he left the situation was a thousand times better from whence we came. Steve didn't have a part with him and ordered it, came back the next week and installed it. I couldn't be happier and the pricing is reasonable and fair. Definitely calling these guys my plumbers.

I really enjoyed working with him. Ross replaced a water heater and repaired a bathroom for me, completely replacing a bad tub and toilet. He matched tiles to minimize the coat of replacements. Happy I went with Terrano Plumbing to take care of one of my rentals. From my many years in rentals, I learned that Back to back bathtubs can be a hassle on occasion. These guys didn't have any issue. My tenant is happy tool Quick and professional. I'd use them again.
