We had Thad come evaluate the house due to a leak. He found that we had an outdoor leak and we decided to cap off the sprinkler system sink we don't use it any ways. But since we have had a slab leak, we decided to repipe our entire house as a preventative thing. We repiped our house without cutting off water to us for even one day. Not only did he repipe, he was able to change out our water heater that was not working well. He was very honest and gave us his honest advice and opinion. There was a sink that has a small crack in it which he was also able to change out for us. He changed our tub sink and bathroom shower to the rain shower. Thad was very meticulous and took his time with our house making sure to clean up as he went along. His patching job was spot on and you can't tell there were any holes in the home. Fortunately or unfortunately, our kitchen sink also backed up while he was still working on our house and he found that we had a leak in the sewage line as well. The best part is that his pricing is way better than any other companies that we got quotes from. He is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber that I have ran across.

I have had 3 leaks, mold removal, water heater picked up and installed, and small electrical repairs. We hired Terra Nova to do some granite and plumbing work in our kitchen. We had a plan in mind before Thad arrived, but given that we had a solid cast iron sink our plan was going to be impossible. Thad was polite and courteous, and worked with us to come up with alternatives that we would be happy with. He described all of the pros and cons as we went along and found creative ways to get around hurdles. The job went smoothly, they took care to spread blankets to prevent any damage to the floor, cupboards and counter tops, then cleaned up everything when finished. Even thought the job was a bit more complicated than the quote Thad gave he did not change his price. We were very happy, we would use Terra Nova again and recommend him to others.
