My wife called Tennessee Pumbimg to do some work at our home. The guy came and said he would call back with estimate. When he never called back, my wife the company and talked to a lady, and the said she would call with the estimate in a few days, no call back. My called called again and several messages and no call back. This company is not reliable and will not use them again

yes I did. I received a phone call from them five minutes after sending in my request. They came out to the house within two hours and confirmed that the water heater had gone out. They return the next day at about 8 o'clock and was finished before 10 AM.

their charge was less than I had expected. Everyone I spoke with in person or over the phone, we're very professional and courteous.

I would have given them a 10 star rating if I had the option. We have an Airbnb and time was of the essence. We could not have been more satisfied.

These guys are fantastic. Called and spoke with Jessica and explained the situation. They came out and ran a snake in the back yard between the clean-outs and due to Kevin's experience, he discovered that the pipe was broken and needed to be repaired. We scheduled the repair for few days later and they showed up promptly and dug down about 7 feet until they found the broken pipe. They were able to make the repair and fill the hole back in. I would recommend Tennessee Plumbing over any of their competition.

I cannot brag on these guys enough. I had new quartz countertops installed. I needed them to come out before the install to remove my sink and then after to install a new sink.

Tim came out and was wonderful. The sink we got was a fancy one with lots of options. It was a very entailed install. Some of the parts were missing (from Amazon) so Tim had to go get some missing pieces. He made it work and he did it without a complaint. I love it. It came out so nice.

I dealt with Candy in the office to make the arrangements. She was wonderful as well. She communicated with me and went above and beyond to make them available around the counter install.

I would highly recommend them above any others. I have used a few in the Tri-cities are and these guys are head and shoulders above the others.

When we moved to our ""as is"" house in Gray two years ago, the kitchen sink was clogged when we got here and we called a plumber who had a local storefront nearby. $2000. No thanks. Called Tennessee Plumbing and they snaked it in less than an hour for a couple hundred (long long long pipe run!). In the recent Christmas sub-zero cold snap, the garage flooded from the utility sink. Tim was swamped with all the broken pipes from the weather, but made it out the next day. Figured it out quickly and gave me an estimate.
I ordered the sink and faucet from Lowe's and they installed it. No issues. The next visit he moved the outside hose bib up to waist height (no more bending my bad back!) which involved going through the brick exterior plus plugging up the old hole, beautifully done for a mere $300. Very reasonable and I've been using that tap with multiple hoses to water my vegetable garden.
Overall, I recommend Tennessee Plumbing without reservation. They're very reasonable and efficient.

Tennessee plumbing was recommended by my HOA for my plumbing issues at my condo. This was the second time I have used them. They have installed a water pressure gauge and also a water heater for me. Both times they were very friendly, responsive, on time and did quality work. Their pricing was reasonable. I would use them again if needed.

I can't say enough about this Company. The Owner Tim is the best. I had a major leak in the bathroom so I thought and they made an emergency visit and assured me it was an easy fix. Best personalities. Tim and Kevin make It seem that no job is a problem to them. I highly recommend and I'll never go anywhere else.
