They came to 'fix' my water heater and after leaving we all awoke to a nightmare. Fortunately no one was hurt, but whatever they did resulted in an electrical fire within the unit. I would strongly recommend never considering even calling this company.

Stay away from this company!!! They are rude, and will rip you off. They were called for a water heater leaking. They said it was piping- replaced the pipes- 2 days later the leak was worse!! They then said it's the water heater. I found them through my home warranty with Home Warranty of America and they completely ripped me off for over $600! The warranty company sent a new good plumber out and it was the water heater and no other pipes were bad!! You have been warned! This company will rip you off and are rude on top of it!!

I am in my 40s and I have dealt with my fair share of service providers. I will never in my life allow a monster in my home like the Owner of this company. I was initially shocked at how incredibly rude he was attempting to repeatedly stop me from 1) describing the problem in my home 2) asking if other issues were related 3) asking to explain the PRICE INCREASE and 4) asking what they were going to tear up in my yard & home. In the middle of every question he cut me off saying they needed to get started because they have other jobs to get to. The amount of time I spent asking questions was from 9:05-9:11. After his final time saying they needed to go outside, I opened the door and said ok, go ahead. They then got in their truck and left, breaking the contract they had with HWA warranty company. Let me reiterate one point. They stated they would be charging me far more than the warranty deductible and it needed to be paid same day. I was not allowed to ask how much and why this was not the process explained by HWA (sending them the invoice and letting them figure out what will/will not be covered). They wanted their money (wouldn't tell me how much) and to move on to their next job. It was clear they were going to charge me personally as much as possible and then charge the warranty company as much as possible. All while attempting to shut me up and just open my wallet. Heed the warning! This is THE OWNER that did this and he is a monster.

Plumbing job was adequate, but he didn't do a great job cleaning up afterwards, follow-up was bad, and he took our soap dispenser and box from our new faucet without asking. He did bring a box back when we called him out on it, and he did come back to fix an accidentally-disconnected dishwasher. But still, taking stuff without checking gives me much doubt.
