This place is a joke! So our property managers scheduled a yearly heating maintenance and they sent these idiots who showed up late then proceeded to break a working heater. So we call to get it fixed, awe sorry we have a few appointments ahead of you but we'll be there by end of day... Wait what? You broke our heating system, my house is literally 20 degrees and you can't fix it before you go break someone else's... Unreal, my advice, stay far away from them!

These guys are amazing! They replaced the whole furnace and are also taking care of the filter changes. If you have a loved one who cannot take care of these things themselves choose TempRite! They came right away when they said they would and the guys that do the work are exceptional. They take the needed time and answer all of your questions. I would call them anytime. I have used their services many times in the past any years for my rental properties. In the beginning they did a great job but something changed along the way. Their most recent Works have been all crap. They keep screwing up and asking for more money to fix the same exact thing.

I had a good experience with this company fixing my heater last winter so I thought I'd use them for a plumbing problem I had over the weekend. BIG MISTAKE!! My water softener, which was already not working, was leaking even though I had it bypassed. I called them Saturday and they said they would send someone out first thing Monday morning. Well the plumber showed up and ""fixed"" the problem by disconnecting my water softener. It took him all of 5 to 10 minutes to do this and had the nerve to turn to me and say that will be 125 dollars. I told him I had a coupon for my service charge and then he said that's only if I can't diagnose the problem and I did, ""it's broken."" I thought I finally found a fair and honest company to do business with. I was wrong. I understand all work needs to be payed for but 125 dollars for something so basic as a disconnect and to tell me it's broken?? I will Never do Business with TempRite A/C and Plumbing again.

A week later and the mess left by a temp rite employee still has not been cleaned up! Extremely unprofessional and lazy! If this is the mess they leave outside, I don't want to see how they leave your house.

Compressor went out in 109 degree whether, but didn't find out there was a problem until that night. Had to sleep with fans. Called TrempRite the next morning, they came out same day replaced the compressor for a very reasonable price. They were professional and quick. If you have AC issues, I'd recommend them to anyone in a second. They saved me from a very upset wife. Thanks.

We've had nothing but great service with TempRite. Both our a/c and heating has had issues within the last year and they've been courteous, quick to respond, and reasonably priced. Their work was done without ever having an issue from that point forward.

I'm not sure why others have such bad reviews for them. We've been more than satisfied.

Called them out after an AC fan failed. I was quoted $670 plus to replace it, I did the job myself and the total cost of parts was $110.00. Not impressed, draw your own conclusions.
