When your AC goes out in the middle of July in Las Vegas it's a mad rush to get it back up and running. TempRite made to my home the same day, explained what was going on in simple easy terms, gave me options and we pressed forward. Unfortunately the best option was to replace 10 year old AC system. The following morning 3 crew members were at my home and replacing my AC system - 2 - 3 hours later I felt cool air coming from my vents. Was it cheap? No But was it worth it? Yes!

I contracted with TempRite Plumbing to replace my existing shower pan and enclosure with one I purchased through Home Depot for $1400.00. I was told by the tech, who was a really nice man, that it should be done in a day. Day 3 and most of the installation was finally done. I did the caulking and put the doors back on after cleaning the tracks and glass doors. Problem is that (1) the rock board was not squared, hence one panel had play in it at the back corner (2) no mortar bed was put under the pan and I noticed some ""squeaking"" when I walked around on it and (3) the top trim for the back panel was cut too short so the tech cut a small piece from another trim piece and stuck it in to make it fit. The colors don't match and my wife noticed it right off the bat when she returned from out of state. For the price I paid, there should have been two EXPERIENCED techs working all day to get the job done. They should have come prepared with the proper tools to do the job. You don't use a hammer and common screwdriver to chip drywall. You use a multi tool or at least a drywall knife to remove the drywall. The young tech actually scored the trim molding with a screwdriver instead of using a razor knife. The $1879.00 price may have been within reason had the job been done and done right in one day, but 3 days? Oh, and one of the shower door rails was 1"" at the bottom of the wall and 1/4"" at the top. I corrected this myself. They may be a good plumbing company, but, in my heart, I can't recommend them for shower remodels.

I am really sorry to be writing this as I have had a really good experience with this company over several years up until recently. In the past, I've had them perform regular maintenance inspections and service on my HVAC systems in more than one home and do some plumbing work. Loved their responsiveness and flexibility until recently. This last one was a pretty poor experience and the kicker is that I provided them with a detailed written critique of everything that went wrong along with photos of the shoddy work. Never heard back from anyone. It's all about communication.

I received the following postcard from Temprite for a $29 water heater flush. I called on May 22 to schedule an appointment. The appointment was set for Thursday, the 28th between 8-11am. The 28th came and went and they no showed with no call. There are lots of companies in town that offer this service. Be aware if you receive this postcard. So while I can't rate the actual service for my water heater, I wish I could give zero stars for the customer service.

Expensive and horrible... Had a whole ac unit replaced a year and 8 months ago by them. Called them out and they want to charge me $1500 to fix it full price warranty was expired. We'll spent a couple days back and forth let me say there service is terrible. Never call back, don't remember who you are and much more I don't care to list. Finally talked to the manager and they came down in price.By then I was so frustrated having no air for days and over 100 degrees I told them to forget about it. We'll it took them months before they finished the first job with several issues. I highly recommend to stay clear...

I used to be pleased with their service, and even recommended them to many of my clients. Pricing has become ridiculous. $290 for a capacitor replacement. Run away.

This place is a joke! So our property managers scheduled a yearly heating maintenance and they sent these idiots who showed up late then proceeded to break a working heater. So we call to get it fixed, awe sorry we have a few appointments ahead of you but we'll be there by end of day... Wait what? You broke our heating system, my house is literally 20 degrees and you can't fix it before you go break someone else's... Unreal, my advice, stay far away from them!

These guys are amazing! They replaced the whole furnace and are also taking care of the filter changes. If you have a loved one who cannot take care of these things themselves choose TempRite! They came right away when they said they would and the guys that do the work are exceptional. They take the needed time and answer all of your questions. I would call them anytime. I have used their services many times in the past any years for my rental properties. In the beginning they did a great job but something changed along the way. Their most recent Works have been all crap. They keep screwing up and asking for more money to fix the same exact thing.
