So I have never written a review so quickly. I had some water damage to my home due to the air conditioner being backed up. The technician was called out to see what was going on with my unit and it was handled with care and knowledge. Ken was sent out and he figured out the issue almost as soon as he got here, and also explained everything he was doing and looking for as he went. I was included in every action taken and made me feel comfortable asking questions as well. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I will continue to use this company even when move.

Unfortunately my AC went out last weekend. I called this company and spoke to Mr. Hamilton who I have known to have integrity and be professional. He sent his technicians out and they repaired the AC without problems.

My god-mother is not too tech savvy so she asked me to post a review for Ron Hamilton on her behalf. Mr. Hamilton is AC technician who came out and repaired her central air unit. He was very trustworthy, other repair men came out and told her she needed more than what she actually needed. One technician actually told her she needed a unit all together, even though her unit is only a few years old and is still covered under warranty.

Nevertheless, she said Mr. Hamilton explained everything to her in a manner she understood and trusted and made sure she didn't have to pay an expensive bill. My god-mother recommends trusting your AC repair problems to Ron Hamilton of Temper Mechanical Air & Heat.

Really happy with the work it only took one day to get the job done . The staff are really friendly took good care of my house they take off their shoes. They put in blankets so my floor won't get dirty. I'm really satisfied with the work
