Ron is a former student of the University of New Mexico, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2001. He also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2004. Ron is a certified Texas contractor in HVAC. The technician was called out to see what was going on with my unit and it was handled with care and knowledge. Ken was sent out and he figured out the issue almost as soon as he got here, and also explained everything he was doing and looking for as he went. I was included in every action taken and made me feel comfortable asking questions as well. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I will continue to use this company even when move.

He was very trustworthy, other repair men came out and told her she needed more than what she actually needed. One technician actually told her she needed a unit all together, even though her unit is only a few years old and is still covered under warranty.
Nevertheless, she said Mr. Hamilton explained everything to her in a manner she understood and trusted and made sure she didn't have to pay an expensive bill. My god-mother recommends trusting your AC repair problems to Ron Hamilton of Temper Mechanical Air & Heat.
