I had no heat and they sent a technician in the middle of the night to get the heat turned on. The guy was exhausted, but he was extremely courteous and conscientious. I woke up to a warm house!

Total rip off for service. my central a/c had water overflowing in the catch all pan under the unit in the attic. They sent a repair person to place a $10.00 valve in the drainage line. Listed part as $95.00 and you can buy it for $10.00. Then another $190.00 for the labor. It took the tech 1/2 hour. That equates to $380.00 per hr. Why be a doctor or lawyer when you can rip people off fixing air conditioners.
