Tyler is the best! My 93 yr old aunt lives on 6 acres. The outdoor sprinkler pipes and valves are old. They frequently break and spew out gallons of water. The cost of the water bill is enormous. The water company only gives you a break on a pipe leakage once every three years, so the longer the water pours out the bigger the bill. She's had bills upwards of $3000. Each time we have to call the water company to shut off the water which includes shutting off the water to the house. Each and every time I've called him he's come to the house within an hour to fix the problem. I've called other plumbers and landscapers, and they all tell me that they can't come out for 4-5 days. Only once did someone come out the next day.
The longer the water has to be turned off, the longer it is for my aunt and her caregiver to be able to have water for anything: Washing hands, taking a shower, washing dishes, flushing toilets, etc. To have someone with compassion and understanding of the situation is absolutely amazing. We are so grateful to have found Tyler!
In the past we had people charge us an extra $200 to come out right away. (Next day, at best) This is not the case with Tyler. His prices are more than fair and they don't include an emergency service fee. He is the definition of integrity and honesty. He's an example of what a great business owner should be. The fact that he is empathetic to the needs of the elderly and those with disabilities, says a lot about his character.

I panicked tonight when I clogged my disposal putting way too much down my sink. I was referred to this company and within minutes my call was returned and they came over this evening and fixed the problem. The did a great job at a very reasonable price particularly being later in the evening and I highly recommend them.

We have used Tyler many times at our home. He is honest and does what is asked of him. His work is always good and I highly recommend him. The lady that rated him low is our tenant with issues. She never met him and is mad at the world. She's quick to go online and badmouth people. Tyler did a great job and we thank him!

Called this guy to come out and he never showed up. He seems like a hot mess. I do not recommend this company.

Tyler came out to open a kitchen drain for me and I asked if he also did other plumbing work, as I had new kitchen faucets to install in both my main house & guest house. He said he'd be happy to do that work for me and spent until almost 9 pm at my house doing the work for me, even though it was an unexpected request. Happy to do it and pleasant & professional the whole time.

I called the Drain Surgeon after looking up a few on Yelp. My deciding factor to use them is that they are a family run business. Nothing against the larger companies, but I own a small service company myself and I try to pay it forward. I had my drain snaked due to a little backflow issue. Tyler and Nick? Showed up got to work and was done in a short period of time. The ex ambulance is cool for their service vehicle. Honest, fair price, and respectable. I'd use their service again.
