Just used Temecula Drain for a 3rd time for a water leak that required a Sunday morning visit to help us evaluate the situation. We had renters moving in the next day so Danny ensured the water was off and put together a plan for an early repair the next morning.
As promised Danny and his team promptly diagnose and repaired the leak with minimal disruption to our tenant!

We woke up this morning with no hot water. So I called Carl based upon a referral from the Redhawk Next Door app. And I am so glad I did! He had Tony stop by within the hour to take a look at our water heater and was able to restart the pilot. However, shortly after he left the pilot went out again. So I called Carl back and he said he would stop by with Tony to replace our water heater since it was 10 years old and past it's life expectancy. Within the next hour or two we were back in business with hot water. That type of service especially on a Sunday is unheard of. Plus, he didn't charge us any extra for coming out on a Sunday! These guys are amazing! I will definitely give them a call for any future plumbing needs we have. Thanks again, Carl and Tony for your excellent service!

I'm a little late with reviewing but a while ago my bathroom flooded and we called Temecula Drain Service. They came out and within an hour had the problem figured out and fixed. Thank you Danny for the quick response and solving the issue.

A neighbor had recently used Temecula Drain Service and Plumbing and gave us their number so we could arrange for a toilet to be installed. I spoke to Carl and set up an appointment for Friday morning. Phil called us about 9:30ish and said he was on his way, about 20 minutes out. When he tried to install the new toilet (a Kohler), the factory-supplied seal leaked. Phil tried one of the seals he had on his truck and it also leaked. He helped me put the new toilet back into the box so I could return it to the store and exchange it for a different model. Phil indicated he was very busy that day but give him a call when I got back with the new toilet and he'd try to come back and do the install. I called him on the way back from Home Depot and he was parked in front of my house when I arrived. Completed the install, cleaned up and took away the old toilet. Far and away the best experience ever with a service provider. Cannot recommend Temecula Drain more strongly. Great service, fair prices and terrific attitude. This company and Phil are the BEST. 5 starr not nearly enough.........these guys are a solid 10!!

We purchased a used home and have used Temecula Drain, specifically Phil who works for them and I highly recommend him. Phil works hard and fast. The house we purchased has many tree's and over time had caused issues with drains. Phil trouble shoots to try and find the most affordable solution first before any digging and repairing needs to be done. He fixed our sewer line in less than a day and that included digging 5 feet down and repairing the broken pipe but before that he used the camera to show me the break so I knew it was legitimate. The second project was the backyard non sewer drains that weren't flowing. He let me know ahead the he would try to clear it by using the line to try and pull out debris and if that didn't work after severaL tries he may have to dig and fix. He was able to clear the line and only charge me an hours work, no major work needed. He also mentioned to push a hose through it a couple times a year with water to to keep debris from building up so I would have less issues. The things I value most are honesty and hard work and Phil has both qualities. I highly recommend.

I've used a number of plumbers in the area and this was the second time with Temecula Drain folks. They are truly exceptional! They are problem solvers without being exorbitant on parts or service time.Very reasonable pricing. They provide quality work and are conscientious about being clean. Available same day and on time. I will only call Temecula Drain Service!!

We had what I thought was an easy fix (changing a shower arm), but thread broke off in the pipe in a tile shower. Temecula Drain guy was on time, super nice, and worked extremely hard to file the broken tread out of the pipe on small piece at a time. Hard work done with a pleasant attitude. So helpful and thank goodness for his efforts.

Temecula Drain is incredible ! I had a broken pipe and couldn't use the bathroom ! It was really a mess. Danny, the owner and his crew came out on Sunday morning. They brought their camera and found the spot.
The very next, day they fixed the problem by replacing the pipe.
The whole job was finished in a matter of hours !
I am so grateful to Temecula Drain ! They are the best !

Thank you Phil at Temecula Drain! I needed a sink and garbage disposal hooked up last minute and he came out on a Friday afternoon withing 20 minutes! Installed all new plumbing, faucet, garbage disposal, and prep for dishwasher. Beat the ""other guys"" quote too by almost 50%!! I completely recommend Temecula Drain, and ask for Phil!!
