I spoke to a gentleman to request a job quote. I am going by my insurance process but he insisted that is not the proper way and at this point sounded very irritated. He even sounded like he didn't want the job to the point that he quoted $500 just to come to my house to assess the plumbing issue. Maybe the guy was having a bad day since he sounded like he didn't want to help. I'm glad I called Modern plumbing industries as they explained their process to me which put my mind at ease - I'm not trying to promote the other company- I'm just going by what I experienced.

Super nice guy. Showed up to fix our dual flush toilet. When I mentioned that our water heater was giving us trouble he said he could fix that today too. He did a great job. We will be calling him back in the future for sure.

Upon purchasing a new home, I realized a pull hose in kitchen faucet had a leak, where I couldn't find a replacement hose to cut costs. After deciding to purchase a new faucet and have installed ASAP, I received a quick quote and scheduled new faucet install withing a couple of days (on New Years Day mind you). Arsenio arrived on-time, texting me beforehand with ETA updates. Social distancing and mask were never in question, which is a must for our household, which was very comforting/respectful during these times. Quality of work was great, job was wrapped up very quickly + cleanly, and had a superior customer experience on my end. Highly recommend and will use again.

Quick, fantastic service from Arsenio. I called asking if they could help with a sewer backup, and within two hours it was fixed. They came within an hour, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, didn't overcharge us and even gave some general advice on other plumbing work I was attempting to do myself. They even gave a 6 month warranty on their work. I now have a go to plumber to recommend if anyone asks. Feel free to call Teles Plumbing with confidence.
