Arsenio was incredible from start to finish! I needed a water line installed for my fridge, which my home was never equipped with. Arsenio came out and explained everything to me in a friendly and informative manner. His quote was affordable, and he was in and out in an hour and a half, including the original assessment process! The work was impeccable and he left the area even cleaner than he found it. I'll be using him for all my plumbing needs going forward!

We had a major problem with our sewage line under a drive way. Teles Plumbing came in on the 25th of December to verify the issue and a week later he installed a new sewage line. A+ service definitely would recommend!

Called to ask about having them repair a water supply valve that is leaking. They told me that they were not available today. No problem, I don't expect anyone to be available on no notice. When I asked when they'd be able to come out they said """"Not until at least next week, we aren't able to help you, sorry."""" and hung up on me. I was not impressed. Not sure how they have so many five star reviews when their customer service is clearly lacking.

My outdoor pipe by pool area started to leak behind the wall, these new homes have pvc or some nonesense; not the stronger copper pipes. Afraid to have my pool area and backyard flooded. Called him in am; he showed up 45 min later. Fixed it. Thank you. My home warranty didn't cover it. Call him; honest hardworking and wore a mask. Had all supplies to fix as well.

Wow, if you need a plumber, look no further. We had a water pipe burst under our house (in the crawl space) around 11:30am and it was fixed by 2pm. Teles will be our plumbing company of choice going forward. Arsenio was super knowledgeable, fast-working, and cleaned up after himself. I love finding people you can trust when it's work I know nothing about, and Arsenio is exactly what I want in a plumber.

Our kitchen sink would fill up with water every time a toilet was flushed on the second floor. Called Mr. Teles at 1:30 am and left a message. I wasn't expecting a return call until the next day, but he called me back immediately. He showed up the next afternoon, on time. He snaked the line and fixed the problem. He was over $100 cheaper than the next lowest plumber we called. We couldn't be more pleased with his courteous service and attention to detail. He's a real pro. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A+++++++++
