He made sure everything he worked on was done properly and even went back and replaced a valve not part of the original work because it was faulty. This was a new one for us: my wife ran a bath while sitting in our garden tub...and when she turned off the faucet, the water kept running full blast!!! After searching, I figured out how to turn off the water outside the house. A Yelp search brought up Teles as a five star plumber in east Orlando, which is where we live. To make a long story somewhat shorter, problem solved quickly, professionally, and for a reasonable price. This was not an easy problem to fix (something about a cartridge down inside this little hole and the potential for stripping that allowed no room for maneuvering or error). Aresenio was very prompt, pleasant and competent. For the work we had done, there is a one year warranty. Thank you Teles and Yelp.

Aresenio was very efficient. He replied to my YELP response in no time and he was out to our home the same day. I ended up purchasing a difficult faucet but he was able to make it work. Arsenio was amazing. He replied to my posted Yelp quote within 10 minutes of my request. His availability included time frames within the next hour, and arrived that afternoon. Arsenio was very polite, honest, and diligent. He ran a diagnostic test on my hot water heater, and repaired more than I was even aware needed fixing. Mostly, Arsenio was a great conversationalist, and explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand. I can not recommend Arsenio enough, and am comfortable knowing I have a plumber for any of my needs in the future!

The main valve outside of my house started leaking on a Sunday. I called Teles Plumbing and Arsenio answered and was at my home within the hour. He completed the repair and charged a fair price for working on a Sunday in the heat. I plan to have him back to declog some drains this week. It is hard to find good people that are responsive and fair and I am happy I found Teles.
