Called to ask about having them repair a water supply valve that is leaking. They told me that they were not available today. No problem, I don't expect anyone to be available on no notice. When I asked when they'd be able to come out they said """"Not until at least next week, we aren't able to help you, sorry."""" and hung up on me. I was not impressed. Not sure how they have so many five star reviews when their customer service is clearly lacking.

Like many other's have said, all positive reviews you see about Arsenio are 100% true. I've dealt with other plumbers in the area that gave me the run around or did not meet expectations to diagnose and fix issues for a reasonable price, but Teles Plumbing is different. I called in the morning and he was at my house for a non emergency issue in two hours...that's right just two hours. He then quickly and accurately diagnosed our issue and fixed it on the spot for a very reasonable rate. To top it all off he was extremely professional and kind. I could not ask for more in a plumber or any service professional. Do yourself a favor and call Teles Plumbing today if you have any plumbing issues. You won't regret it!

Kudos to Teles plumbing who did a very professional amazing job on my slab leak same day. Very informative and clean job totally would recommend! He Also installed my toilet and bidet, along with revamping my other toilet to working conditions.

Arsenio was amazing. He replied to my posted Yelp quote within 10 minutes of my request. His availability included time frames within the next hour, and arrived that afternoon. Arsenio was very polite, honest, and diligent. He ran a diagnostic test on my hot water heater, and repaired more than I was even aware needed fixing. Mostly, Arsenio was a great conversationalist, and explained everything he was doing in a way I could understand. I can not recommend Arsenio enough, and am comfortable knowing I have a plumber for any of my needs in the future!

Our kitchen sink would fill up with water every time a toilet was flushed on the second floor. Called Mr. Teles at 1:30 am and left a message. I wasn't expecting a return call until the next day, but he called me back immediately. He showed up the next afternoon, on time. He snaked the line and fixed the problem. He was over $100 cheaper than the next lowest plumber we called. We couldn't be more pleased with his courteous service and attention to detail. He's a real pro. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A+++++++++
