Very disappointed left terrible banging in kitchen sink says nothing he can do this is normal Banging like a Drum in a band when you use hot water in kitchen sink, Also had to hire a painter to paint ceiling where he left huge yellowish brown ceiling repair work didn't use ceiling white and wouldn't fix cost $500 to have painter come. Have photos if you like contact me. He did send a note saying the banging is normal & nothing abt ceiling sent a $25.00 gift card.

Tom did an excellent job with a pipe and plumbing issue we had. He came out on time, was diligent in finding the leaking issue and repaired it. He laid down plastic and cleaned the area after he finished. I'd highly recommend him for any pipe leak issues. I wanted to add that TEG followed up to check how everything was going. Great customer service.
