We had a horrible problem with our water heater because of gas leaks, but Ted came to the rescue. He came over right away, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new water heater that has been exceptional. Ted leaves your property in spotless condition. He is kind and does an excellent job. I recommended him to a neighbor who said the same thing about him. I do not think you will go wrong using Ted's Plumbing.
We used Ted again to fix our plumbing problem in the yard, and he was sensational. He is competent, and intelligent, and goes the extra mile to fix things. He is a perfectionist. I wish other plumbers were as conscientious and qualified. Thank you, Ted!

Ted you are correct there are two sides to the story ...
And if you read my review you can see I have given your company credit for the Past Work. So there is truth in my review. I'll leave it at this about my review "" Buyer Be Ware "" ..

So address why rather than have Albert call me and let me know , you mistakenly charged me for the recent work mentioned in the review. And if we are going to be Frank there was a foreign item stuck in the line .. and we do have a picture of it . I'm not questioning that , although the plumbing line was not cleared by your tech,as to be able to flush the toilet . I had a second plumber come in and clear the line and the toilet is now working.
I don't feel it's good business referring to a client as a Liar .. maybe your understanding is lost in the translation of my review to your tech . But I was physically here and talked to the tech as he was doing the work .
Maybe you should get out in the field more often ... just a suggestion. ! !

Wow what a pleasant surprise working with TPS. They were polite, clean and communicative. It was a simple toilet install that had some issues because it was a non-standard toilet. It took two visits and still honored the quote price. I will work with them again.

Had some issues with my shower where very helpful and were able to accommodate me...wasn't in a rush too much of a rush to get it fixed but they called me said they where available to swing by and fix it and got it done! Thanks guys!! Would definitely recommend!

My mom referred me to this great local plumber when I needed a bathroom sink unclogged, and they did not disappoint! Although my first call in the later afternoon went to voicemail, they called right back offering to come then if it was an emergency, or the next morning which is what I chose. Next morning they called to confirm and arrived right on time. Unclogged my sink and left no mess, in and out in less than 20 minutes. Jose and team were professional and friendly. I'm super happy with the service and peace of mind knowing the next time I need a plumber I can trust they're just a call away!

We heard water leaking from a pipe inside of our wall and through a referral we decided to give Ted's Plumbing a call. Damian fielded the after hours call and said that he would be able to send someone out. Ryan and Mykel arrived at our house at the scheduled time, they were very courteous and polite. They detected the leak and had it repaired in no-time, the price was extremely reasonable. We were very impressed with every aspect of this company from start to finish. From this day forward this is our go to plumbing company. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Ted's Plumbing was recommended on FB South Bay Mommies group. Ryan from Ted's Plumbing came over to fix the direction the handles of my 8"" faucet. He really knows what's he's doing because he figured out the problem and was honest.

Then days later I heard a pinhole on a Friday. Anyone knows Friday is like a busy day for plumbers, can be difficult to find someone that day. Luckily Ted's Plumbing fit me in the same day to fix the leak!
