Excellent work by Chuy. He installed an earthquake valve 2 days after my call. He was personable, professional and fully prepared to get the job done without delay.

Had discovered a leaky garbage disposal 3 days ago. Requested 3 quotes and they were the only one that gave me an estimate thru yelp. They were also the only one who called me back so I can make an appointment for the next day at a specific time which they accommodated for.

The day of the appointment, Chuy and Brian arrived on time at 2:45 (with the time frame of 2:45-4). Prior to arriving Chuy called me and gave me an ETA of 25 minutes, they arrived before that.

I had my main concern of my leaky garbage disposal but also asked if he can check on 2 other things, a leaking bathroom faucet and if he can check if my dishwasher was connected to the water pipe. Chuy checked and gave me his recommendations: Needing a new garbage disposal, buying a new bathroom faucet because it wouldn't be worth fixing the one we had and the dishwasher issue was an easy fix where he just turned the valve.

Price for the new garbage disposal including installation was comparable to Home Depot/Lowe's. It was actually a few bucks cheaper because I mentioned the yelp 10% off for first time customers which they honored. Needless to say, I'm truly happy with their prompt and professional service. Impressed with their honesty and prices. Would use them again, if ever need be, and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a plumber.

I called Ted's Plumbing to repair two leaking toilets at my home. They were very responsive and set up an appointment. Their plumbers showed up within the two hour window they gave and were friendly, courteous and professional. They quickly fixed the problem and even took the time to look at a shower issue and gave me some advice. I suddenly found myself with no hot water on a Sunday morning. Being the least ""handy"" person who ever lived, I immediately called a neighbor who attempted to relight my water heater with no success. It was obvious I needed a new water heater. I found Ted's Plumbing Service on Yelp. It said that if I sent an email describing my problem, they would send the estimated cost to me. Ten minutes later, on a Sunday night, they had answered my email with an exact cost of installing a new water heater and taking away the old one. Monday morning I called a couple of other plumbers who's estimates were both significantly higher than Ted's. I called Ted's assuming I would likely be without hot water for at least a couple of days. Instead, the pleasant lady who answered the phone told me they could have someone at my house at 2:00 pm the same day. Two very professional and friendly young men named Conner and Chuy showed up right on time, and removed my old heater, cleaned all the dirt and cobwebs out of aluminum casing and installed a beautiful new one. They happily answered all of the questions I asked and cleaned up the entire area where they had worked. When I asked for the price they gave me the exact price I was quoted, tax included. I have had quite a range of experiences with plummers, many of them less than satisfactory. I am so pleased with my experience with Conner and Chuy and Ted's Plumbing Service overall, that I will no longer have to call random plumbers when I have a plumbing problem. I highly recommend Ted's Plumbing Service to anyone looking for a fair, reliable and professional plumbing service. Great service by extraordinary people who I believe will leave you with the same level of satisfaction I experienced. Great find for a ""handyless man"" like me! ,
