We've had a few plumbers out in the past few years. Most have some disagreeable attribute. Either personality or workmanship. Maybe the price was way too high. But Ted and one of his plumbers: Shane have both come out at different times. Both had excellent personalities, and did excellent work. Small repairs, but excellent. The price was appropriate for the area.

Ted's plumbing is amazing. I've seriously considered buying Christmas presents for them, they are that good. Great communication, great work, great people, and great pricing. If I had a construction company, I'd outsource all the plumbing work to them. They did 5 toilets for me, one with a subfloor flange that they fixed. I plan on having them do 2 water heaters and any other project I come across. Thanks guys,!

My daughter and son-in-law needed a plumber. Not knowing any Plumbers JC Plumbing recomended that they use Ted's plumbing. They used Ted's and were very, very happy with them. Shortly after they used Ted's plumbing we had a major plumbing problem. I called two Billy's plumbing companies and Drain Solutions Plumbing, and then my kids told me about Ted's Plumbing. Now mind you, the other plumbers gave me estimates ranging from $11,000 & going to over $13,000. Ted came out to our house and checked everything out and told us that none of the things that we were told we needed to fix did actually need to be fixed. He found the problem and it was a minor problem by comparison. In an hour he fixed the problem and charged us accordingly. We saved thousands of dollars. Ted could have lied like the others did. Not being plumbers we never would have known, but he was honest and above board. The honesty is so appreciated. I called Ted back and gave him another job to do. He came out and completed that job in a timely and friendly manner. In the future if and when I need a plumber for anything it will be Ted's Plumbing. You can trust them. Their prices are reasonable and they are very neat. They are licensed and insured and before using them I checked their license with the State licensing board. All good. I'm so happy I found them. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but in this case I felt like I had to. Thank You Ted's Plumbing. Holidays are coming up and you gave me a great present. If I could give Ted and his team more than 5 stars, I would. Over the years, we've had a few different plumbers come out to do some work, but no one stood out as outstanding so we did not have a regular plumber. A month ago, our downstairs bathroom and hallway flooded due to a cracked sewer pipe and blockage from root intrusion. We realized this would be a large job and dreaded finding the right team for the work.

We had 3 plumbers come out to provide an estimate and the estimates were pretty high and recommended work that we weren't sure we even needed. Then our friend recommended Ted. Her parents and their realtor use him regularly for all their plumbing jobs. I figured it couldn't hurt to get a 4th bid.

Ted came out with his son in the pouring rain and spent 1.5-2 hours to do a camera inspection and removed the clog. He also provided a temporary fix to prevent a clog until the actual cracked pipe could be worked on. He didn't bill us for this visit. Then his estimate came in well below the other estimates and included a larger scope of work. Needless to say, we went with Ted.

For two full days, Ted's crew worked tirelessly, manually digging up the yard so public utilities wouldn't get damaged. The cracked pipe was replaced, a new clean out and backflow device was installed.

They were professional, polite, highly skilled and reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier with their work. Now, we've finally have our go-to plumber

Had a broken pipe coming from under my drive way- water gushing down my street. Called Ted's Plumbing as a first time customer. Ted was helpful and knowledgable. Ted sent Shain out to take care of my leak. He was helpful and very skilled. Very meticulous and conscientious. I have already referred Ted's Plumbing to a few of my friends.

Ted is very knowledgeable and professional. Asked great questions to find what's important to me before he started the installation of our Whole House Water filtration tank. He's very efficient with his time and got the installation done in less time than what he initially thought it would take him.
