Ted was awesome. We had an emergency hot water heater issue, so I requested a Yelp quote. Ted responded very quickly, and he was very up front about his very reasonable installation and removal rates. We got a couple other quotes but Ted's was the best. He was able to show up the next day and did the work quickly and professionally. He left the area clean and tidy and even took the old water heater with him. I highly recommend Ted's Plumbing!!!

Ted answered his phone (that hardly happens anymore) and immediately tried to help me. I had a water heater blow out and my garage was mostly flooded. This was discovered on a Friday and he said he would be late but he would get to me.

As it turned out, due to complications at another job, he called and rescheduled me for very early Saturday. I was appreciative since my home warranty company was unable to even find an available plumber.

Ted was right on time, and got right after it. Everything was according to quote on the phone, and he did the job in a couple of hours. A total PRO.

I'd call Ted again in a heartbeat, he was great! His pricing was fair and the service was EXCELLENT.

We had drain problem with kitchen sink. Called Ted's Plumbing and he quickly returned our call. We scheduled time the same day. He was very competent and and started working on the clog immediately. Took some effort but he was able to clear the pipes. The best part is that he was careful with our flooring and completely cleaned up the area after. He communicated well in telling us what was wrong. Pricing was good. He quoted price at the beginning and although he took more effort and more time to finish the process he stuck with his original quote. Really appreciated his honest.

I had a question regarding my refrigerator and asked Ted to give me a call. He guided me through some trouble shooting to help me resolve my problem over the phone! Ted is a genuine business man who is in the business of not only plumbing, but truly helping people. He could've easily came to my house did the test and charged me. If his trouble shooting failed I would've hired him no question just simply based on his professionalism and willingness to help. Thank you Ted you have a customer for life.

I found Ted's Plumbing on Yelp and called for a quick quote to replace two toilets, and to ask him to come out to our house so he could provide a detailed quote for a small bathroom renovation. Ted provided a clear quote over the phone for replacing the two toilets and he explained how we could choose our desired toilet model from one of the big hardware store chains and he would pick it up and bring it on the date we did the work.

Ted did a fine job on the toilet installations and he even returned a week later without any hassle to replace the leaking factory fill valves that came with the toilets. We also had him replace our 8-year old water heater, per his recommendation.

His quote for the small bathroom remodel fit our budget, so we used him for that job also. Ted and his crew were very nice and friendly. They always gave us notice before turning the water off and on. I highly recommend Ted!

Can't tell you what kind of work he does, but what I can say is that he is unreliable! We make an appointment, 10 minutes before he's due he calls and says he'll be a bit late...ok. 5 hours go by and we get a text. Can he come tomorrow morning?! Really? He waits 5 hours before before contacting us?! Meanwhile the entire day is shot waiting for him! Unreliable, narcissistic, horrible customer service, undependable...oh the list goes on and on!

I'd leave zero stars but Yelp doesn't allow it!

Although I did not use their service, Ted was very professional, and gave me the appropriate advise. I would certainly use them for my plumbing needs because instead of doing a replacement project on my water heater they guided me towards what I really needed to achieve my goals. Ted gave me his phone number to call and his advise was on point, seemed very personable as well. Really appreciate the honest advise and pleased with the experience.

Ted has been to my house on three occasions for three separate projects in the last month - from small to large. Kitchen faucet replacement, installation of supply and drain lines for a washing machine (from upstairs to the basement), and repair of sudden leak from a bathtub. I've been really impressed and pleased with the experience and result. He's kind, extremely skilled, very responsive and reasonably priced. It's been a pleasure working with him and I would recommend his company to anyone for a variety of plumbing needs!
