Perfect service experience! Teddy was one of the few plumbers that was willing to give us a price over the phone. I realized my water heater was leaking on Tuesday night. Wednesday morning I called Teddy's, and someone picked up right away (I actually called another highly rated plumbing company from yelp on Tuesday evening but still haven't received a call back).

Teddy said they had a really busy day, would try to fit me in between 2-5, but would call me back to confirm. Teddy called back an hour or so later and said a plumber would be at my house within an hour. I was so happy!

The plumber that showed up (I'm terrible with names) was a younger guy, very polite, professional, and put me at ease right away. He confirmed the leak and gave me options for replacement, completely willing to discuss which one would be best for my circumstances. Once decided, he immediately began work to replace the broken water heater. While it was draining, he even took at look at my downstairs toilet that kept running after flushing. He had it fixed after a second by simply adjusting the water level (yay!). Went back to work on water heater after and let me know when it was complete.

Everything was explained to me, from relighting the pilot light to adjusting water pressure/temp. I would absolutely call them again.

No more cold showers!!!!! I was stood up by two other plumbing companies and went 3 days with no hot water!! I really wish I would have called Teddy in the first place. He was able to repair my broken hot water heater after I was told by another plumber that it would probably need to be replaced. Highly recommend :)

Omg, Teddy saved my day. After talking to him I have learned that he's fixed and has installed more than 1000 water heaters. (Geez) His prices are reasonable unlike some plumbers I called. Plus he's super friendly and you can tell he loves helping people :) .. Anyways, if your water heater is broken he will fix it!

Teddy's did a great job but I really enjoyed the personal feel in the whole experience.I really appreciated that Shawn didn't just tackle the problem but he explained the cause of the damage and how to avoid the same problem in the future. Since my water heater needed replacing, he informed me of the benefits of replacing my 40 gallon water heater with a larger 50 gallon tank, I didn't know they came in different sizes! I'm glad I did choose the 50 gallon, there's more hot water during the winter!. The best thing about this whole experience was how time efficient the service was, within a few hours of calling, Shawn showed up to check out the problem and installed the new larger water heater the next day! I would definitely call them again!

It was Christmas Eve and only cold water was running through my house. We called Teddy's to diagnose and fix the water heater since we woke up and had no hot water. They were able to come out that day. The pilot light was out.

The plumbing tech relit the pilot light and showed me how to do it in the future. However, he also found a leak in the water heater which is probably what put out the pilot. The plumber provided me a quote for a new 50 gallon water heater and they were able to install it a few days later. Thank you!!?

Hi all!

What a great experience with Teddy's Water Heater Company. Late on a Saturday night our hot water heater started to leak badly. The water turn-off valve into the unit did not work, so the only solution was to turn off the water to the entire house. (ahhhhh!)

Not really expecting any help on a Sunday, we called Teddy's and left a message. Within 15 minutes Teddy called us back, understood we needed a new hot water tank, and promised he'd arrive in a couple of hours (he had another water heater replacement ahead of us) and would call when on his way.

He kept his word on all counts and by 4:30 pm the house had hot water again!!! Teddy is a friendly, knowledgable guy, and his work was first class! We dreaded the mess of having to deal with this issue, but there really wasn't any. Teddy was very careful. He even had some dog treats for our pup. If every company was run like this one there'd be no need for Yelp.

One note: another plumbing company specializing in hot water heater replacements and promising ""emergency plumbing service"" didn't even respond to phone messages or e-mail. Don't waste your time, just call Teddy's Plumbing when you need help!

I have to say really good service great price and the best products . if your a first time house owner i would say definitely called teddys. Just to get him to check out the system in place
. we called too late but they still did a hell of a job and would not stop giving me advice about my new house and for that i thank you very much. If your wondering when i brought this place they never turned on the water heater had to do it myself. About 6 to 8 hours later it sounded like a bomb went off but it was my water heater costing me alot of damage to my house so please get it check out by a professional learn from my mistakes . thank you again teddys ill be intouch soon about that unit your guys told me about instead smart hotwater system
