Really nice people who work here. I needed a new hot water heater and even though it was pretty expensive, they allow me to use a credit card. Very convenient. What's nice is that they just give you one price and everything is included like the price of taking away your old water heater, the parts, the replacement water heater and all their labor. A family friend that's a plumber that I know works there. So obviously I trust them. They did great for me and I'm sure, they wi do great for you!

Awesome, I had no idea they would be available immediately. The lady on the phone was especially understanding and really made me feel important. When I spoke with Teddy he assured me all would be done to make sure I had a working hot water heater. When the repair guy came he was professional and very courteous, these guys really care about their customers. I have a now working water heater and all is good!

Of course I turned to yelp when it came to getting our water heater repaired and I found this place! Teddy was the plumber that came by to fix it for us and he was amazing!

Normally in this kind of business it's hard to get answers for all my random questions but Teddy was so welcoming first of all, walked us through the process before I even asked, then asked if we had any questions and answered them all for us! Right away, we felt comfortable with him. He was super helpful and warm the whole time, never acted like we were bothering him and just genuinely happy to help us!

He showed up with all the tools and necessities he needed to fix the water heater. He was very organized and I'm impressed with how quick and easily the situation got taken care of!

Of course this isn't something that is exciting to do or something someone worries about but he explained all the options to us and what options were best for us in his honest opinion which we really appreciated and so glad we went with this company! He had tons of knowledge and so glad he explained it the way he did!

Once we reached out they booked us right away, which was great! Thank you guys so much for taking care of our water heater quickly!

I knew I had to write them a review. Their service was just that good. When I called in late Monday night, they called me back right away. I was telling them how I was dealing with just warm water, honestly, almost cold. No matter what I did I could not for the life of me get the hot water working again. At first I thought I had just done too much laundry but after waiting an hour or so to try to take a shower again I knew something was up.

Sometimes when you see all 5 star companies you think, man, too good to be true. Well that is indeed not the case for these guys. Not only did they show up the next day but when I ended up texted them back an hour after our original phone call they still managed to change my morning appointment around. Honestly, it was just too early for me so I was worried about not waking up.

Their employee was friendly. He just came in and got to work. After everything I paid him and he was on his way. Simple as that. No hassle and no frustrations. They are flexible and offer good prices.

The best!! Thanks Dave! Seriously. He got my water heater working in no Time. I called late but he said he could get me early in the AM the next day! Idk how or why but I mustve been super lucky because his first appointment of the day was seriously the next neighborhood over. Anyways he came over fixed everything in a timely manner. It was IMPRESSIVE!!! If you need fast service I would literally not recommend anyone else but them!!

I've searched through all of Burbank to get help replacing a water heater from a plumber. After a long search, Keith from Teddy's Water Heater Repair was the best!

Even with my insane schedule, whether weekends or after-hours, Teddy's was available over the phone to help me explain my water heater situation.

The customer service was great as Keith offered practical solutions and a reasonable quote with a friendly tone. He was very understanding about my financial situation and that my funds were limited.

All the tools and equipment needed to fix a water heater were already in the van that came to my house. I was very impressed that they were ready to work, replace my water heater, and get me back on my regular schedule.

In plain English and with simple terms, Keith showed me exactly what he was fixing and replacing. He also explained my options if I wanted to spend more money and get better quality products.

My water heater died only days before Christmas and my entire family was coming to visit from the midwest. As you can imagine, I was totally panicked. I thought I would have to buy a new water heater, which I seriously cannot afford. I called Teddy's and they sent out Keith to have a look at it. Yay for Teddy! I was pleasantly surprised to talk to the main guy when I called He was really helpful when I had so many questions about my water heater and why it had stopped working. My dad told me he can't help me by phone and 1500 miles away so Teddy really saved me. I could tell he was being really genuine with me and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. He was very clear on what I needed and never left me questioning what was happening. I don't have any prior knowledge on water heaters so this was a fresh breath of air. After all of my extensive questions were answered he put me on the schedule. Teddy wasn't the person to come out to my house himself but one of his equally as helpful employees did. The plumber was nice too. I now have a water heater that works great and the water is even hotter than before because he turned up the temperature for me.
