Lloyd C.Not dependable, came out and conducted a small repair and asked to return for additional work, left key for a week, contacted several times and each time another excuse. Had to hire another company that was prompt and said Ted's repair was done correctly but charged three times the normal amount. Recommend contacting any other plumbing coming and stay as far from Ted Serjak. After he threaten to take me to court I did some more research and found I'm not the only one he has done this too. Again stay as far away from him and his so called company. The sad thing is his check is in the mail. The property is in Pennsylvania we live in a different state and the payment is in the mail.
