The plumbing fixtures that connect a hose to our outside water line was very old and wearing out/leaking. We are usually DYI homeowners, but this required the expertise of a pro.

After finding a positive review from another homeowner on another neighborhood app, we called TKP and were able to schedule an appointment right away. Thanks Ted for being available the day after Thanksgiving! Apparently too much grease went down the drain while washing dishes from our Thanksgiving feast! Our sink was backed up and washing machine had water coming onto the floor. Ted provided an opening on Friday and was here on time, snaked the pipes, cleared the flows, cleaned up, charged a fair price and was gone. We were able the enjoy out house full of guest ! Thank you !

Contacted Ted late Sunday Evening via Yelp. Ted was the first response with dates and times he was available. Called him on Monday morning and he arrived by 10:30 and had my kitchen faucet replaced by 1 pm. Ted is responsive and clearly communicated the issue and how it needed to be corrected. I hired Ted to install my new dishwasher. I am so happy I did. He is very competent, having in excess of 37 years of experience as a plumber. He is polite, courteous, patient, & shows up on time. He is neat and clean in appearance and maintains a clean orderly working area. He does not mind answering questions and takes care to make sure the customer understands what he is doing every step of the way. His rates are very reasonable, and he goes above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. He did an excellent job for me, and I highly recommend Ted Klein Plumbing.

We had a bathtub drain clog that needed fixing. Ted responded right away and was able to fit us in on a Saturday. He was very prompt, arriving on time.

Super honest guy! He informed us right away that we had what seemed to be sewer line issue. Again, very honest, told us right away that he doesn't have the cameras or equipment to do the sewer line. He did an assessment of both of our bathrooms, and answered all of our questions. Didn't charge us a thing.

With that kind of honesty and customer service, I could care less that he didn't fix our drain. He referred us to a plumbing company that could help us, and advised us to try and wait until Monday if there is no emergency to save money.

Was moving and needed some emergency work done before we left. It was past 6 pm, searched yelp, and Ted responded immediately. He was able to squeeze in an appointment at 9am the next day. He came in at 8:45am, assessed the job and handled it promptly. I Would definitely call Ted for future work and highly recommend him.
