I primarily worked with Fabien. He was always prompt and accommodating. He and his team was also always very fair and willing to work with us in adjusting things on the fly. He and his team was able to get everything done on schedule and on time in a neat and clean manner.

Our job scope entailed installing a new hot water tank, re routing and creating new lines for 6 fixtures, concrete cutting and patching for a new drain system to connect to an existing one.

Would highly recommend and will definitely keep Fabien and his team on our rolodex for futures jobs and repairs to come!

Ezequiel was amazing to work with and will continue to get our business moving forward! We reached out to request service on our tankless water heater as he was a referral from one of our neighbors and he was able to connect us with his office to schedule an appointment. They had very quick turn around times and we were able to get scheduled for the following day! The office staff was very polite and quick to respond as well. We received an arrival timeframe to which he arrived on time. After taking a look at our water heater we discover that it would need to be replaced. Ezequiel quickly wrote up a quote for the replacement and provided his recommendations to us. After agreeing to move forward, Ezequiel scheduled us for a repair for two days later and was able to complete the replacement in one day with no issues! Ezequiel was also kind enough to respond to questions sent him a day after the installation. Would highly recommend Ezequiel for any of your plumbing or water heating issues!

Honest and professional plumbers!

I needed my entire service line replaced after finding a leak and found Ted & Bros after. They performed a leak detection, sent me a quote and then finished the job all within ~48 hours. I appreciated their speed and communication throughout the process.

Later I found an irrigation line leak along the path where the team had dug up my service line and found a small crack. I emailed Ted & Bros. They came by, confirmed it was caused by their team and repaired it on the spot under my warranty. Their honesty and commitment to quality work is a breath of fresh air.

Victor was awesome and super-friendly! He brought two low-flow toilets to my apartment. The upstairs toilet could not be replaced due to the way it was installed originally, but he explained everything very clearly and it totally made sense. He replaced the downstairs toilet with a new low-flow model, which is working perfectly. Thanks, Victor!

Ted & Bros redid our entire drain system, including our sewer line to the street. They are great, honest and prompt in both their quoting and communication. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to, kept our house clean (and they cleaned up!) They played well with our (friendly) doggo....advised on some other small issues when asked. All in all, I can't recommend them enough if you want an honest and thorough plumber!! Call Them.. !!!!!!

I have a 35 y.o home with original valves and hardware everywhere plus toilets to be rebuilt. Ted and Bros gave me a fair estimate, showed up on time, respected the inside of my home by wearing shoe covers, and fixed the whole place up beautifully. Super nice guys too. We've used Ted & Bros for various projects around our home for several years now. They are always on time and get the work done promptly and from what I can tell, they do things right. We are repeat customers having used them for a remodel project, install of a water filtering system and recently they fixed (after troubleshooting) what we thought was a sound coming from our pipes (but ended up being valves that needed to be replaced). This is an honest company with good service, highly recommended.
