I called this company to solve a leak problem. They were unable to find the source, but recommended that I have two sprinkler valves replaced. Four months later, I called them again because there was a non-stop leak from one of the sprinklers controlled by these valves. They stated that there was no warranty on the valves or their work, and wanted to charge me labor and parts to replace the faulty valve. I declined to have them do the work and would never call them again. Do not call them for sprinkler repair!

I spoke to Rachel and she was nice snd patient with my multiple calls and questions! This company was able to come out same day and replace our water heater! The guys were nice and walked us through the lighting of the water heater in case the pilot light goes out. We are going to have them come back and do some plumbing work in our laundry room! We had a small job to replace a valve connecting to our refrigerator. The plumber that came to our house was so kind and polite. The job was finished quickly and efficiently. The plumber showed up early on a rainy day, which was unexpected. He also saw I had packages delivered that we're getting wet on my porch and brought them inside. We were so pleasantly surprised by the plumber's kindness. Will definitely hire again for future projects!
