Ted and Bro's Plumbing is an upstanding business. It is a family owned business and they do a great job of taking care of their customers. We had them out about a month ago for clogged drains. Our drains were a mess and our pipes were clogged and had roots. Needless to say Ted and his crew are some of the nicest people. We met them all on our project. They give you an estimate, explain exactly what is wrong, explain what needs to be done, provide options, do excellent work, are clean, on time, polite, honest and thorough. Their rates are competitive and Rachel communicated with us the whole time the work was being done until the job was finished to our satisfaction. If you need plumbing help, these are the folks to call.

Ted and Bros is awesome. I won't go into detail about the issue, but Ezekiel showed up not long after I called in. He allowed me and my family to watch him work and even told us what he was doing as he went. He made what seemed to be difficult, look very easy. They are very straight forward with pricing and even made it a point to get here before the emergency services start time kicked in. I would highly recommend Ted and Bros plumbing!!!!

I own a boba shop and was having issues with our 3 compartment sink. Another family friend who also owns a business recommended Ted & Bros and I couldn't be happier with the results. Fabian was at our store for several hours due to all the complications with the sink. He was extremely friendly and professional, and even showed me how to do quick repairs for it in the future. Ted and Bros Plumbing exceeded my expectations. The service was great and the cost for the service was more than fair. I attempted to change the shutoff valve in my bathroom. Unfortunately, I put too much pressure on the pipe which cracked a solder joint behind the wall. I had to shut off the main valve and was without water. I stumbled across Ted and Bros Plumbing in yelp. Their reviews were good so I decided to give them a call around 1:30. The person that answered the phone said that they can send someone in around an hour. After about an hour and half, Ted called me and said he was on his way. Ted showed up with his assistant Gustov(sp?). I showed him what I did and let him know that the leak was behind the wall. I asked him for an estimate. Knowing that he knew I was stuck without water late in the afternoon, I thought he was going to teach me a lesson for attempting DYI plumbing and jack up the cost. Instead he gave me an estimate that was more than fair. I had a local plumber from a competitor of Ted's last year fix a leak in the attic and they charged me $250 for 12 min of work. No joke!
I would have paid Ted 50% more than his estimate without batting an eye. Ted and Gustov fixed my mistake in a little over an hour. They were careful not to dirty the surrounding area by laying down drop cloths. Ted used his own better quality shutoff valve than the cheap ones that I had. Ted even replaced the worn hoses even though I did not ask him to. I could not be happier with Ted and Bros Plumbing. Needless to say, I will be calling them to repair any future plumbing mistakes I make.

Great service. Although our original plumber called out sick and we had a later start time, Fabian showed up ready to work. Clear and up front pricing, and explanation of exactly what you're getting.
