I found Jimmy when he use to work with Anacapa Plumbing. He was my favorite guy that I would regularly ask for until I was informed he started his own plumbing business. So I seeked him out again & this guy does not disappoint. I called him in for what I thought was the problem I wanted to address (which most certainly got addressed) & then he somehow he finds a whole other can of worms that was a much higher priority. He was able to troubleshoot that there was a much larger issue where we had a leak where water was running in the background even if the entire house wasn't using any water. This guy finds things that you're likely not seeing and his approach and problem solving the issues is reminiscent of MacGyver. He has a very technical & oddly chemistry based background when he's working. Happy to post pics here of his most recent work @ our house here in Santa Barbara. And not that this is at all what is most important in a plumber...but the guy is very polite, considerate...really listens incredibly well & is thoughtful about helping explain things. If you're looking for a clean cut, charming & beyond capable plumber...i can't more highly recommend this guy.

Jim Lee is the BEST! Super responsive, very informative and will give you the straight story. Very hard to find contractors like Jim and Tectonic. We needed faucets installed, a shower extension a new toilet, check spickets and tell us why our pressure was low. Somehow, he made everything easy and it was reasonable for the expertise given! Would refer anyone to Jim!

Couldn't recommend higher. Jim came over to fix a bunch of plumbing issues in the SB condo I just bought - he was the ONLY plumber I contacted that a) followed through on his promises, b) didn't try to charge me for unnecessary things, c) picked up the phone and d) was consistently pleasant and helpful to deal with.
