John H.Technician came out and performed work without ever giving an estimate. What I thought was a free estimate turned out costing me $120 for Chris to locate the wrong PRD and breaking a water line to my sprinkler system. If they had called for locates he would have know the PRD he located was for my neighbor, and maybe he would not have broken my sprinkler line. Would not recommend this company, because of then deception of the ""free estimate"" and then billing me for locating the wrong equipment and me having to repair my damaged water line caused by him.
