DO NOT use this guy. Great for the first visit (where he makes thousands of dollars) -- but forget about getting him back to do any repairs or maintenance. No office, no secretary, just a voicemail from Bob promising to ""get back to you promptly"" - but that never happens.
Had to find someone else to do a repair ----

Called Sat. morning for a quote to replace my heating system, salesman came that very afternoon.

Friendly & seemed knowledgeable. Prices given were competitive. Appears the owner gives free service/installation to charity.

That said, I didn't end up using this company as another company gave me a slightly cheaper quote.
