Our AC gave up this summer we call a couple companies but were really $$$. So decided to call Techcool because of their good reviews. They came and gave me a reasonable price and install the unit the same day and our unit works perfect so happy I call this guys.

Very disappointing !
I'm a properly manager and I scheduled appointment between 11am- 2pm. on a specific day so I can be at the property after tenants checked out . The technician went to the property very early in the morning to bother my tenants to access during their stay and of course they did not let him in.
Then when I called to reschedule, the phone person was so rude like it was my fault that she messed up the schedule. I cancelled and called different company with better customer service

Techcool has the WORST customer service! We called them because the indoor furnace portion of our air conditioning unit was literally spraying water all over the carpet and the staircase basically flooding the house. It took them two days to come out at which point a technician named Zach decided that a drain pipe was plugged. He flushed it and called the job done. The unit worked for about three weeks at which point the same thing started all over again. Our house was flooding again. We called Techcool again and it took them another two days to come out. Zach returned. He again cleared the pipe and claimed this was all he was allowed to do per the contract with our Home Warranty company. We double-checked that with the Warranty company and discovered that he blatantly lied about it. He obviously didn't feel like looking into the problem and just wanted to move on. We then called the office and spoke to a female employee who was rude, unprofessional and about as indifferent as a rock! She has no customer service skills whatsoever. Bottom line was our house now has secondary damage and mold and the air conditioner is not working at all now. Of course anytime we asked to speak with the manager or owner of the company we were told he is unavailable. Never again!!

Sent a tech who wasn't here for more than 3-5 minutes before he declared his work to be done but promised to return if leaking resumed. Leaking resumed 27 hours later but because it was a Friday evening and I'm a home warranty customer they refused to return.

Sent a second tech. Leaking resumed a week later.

Refused to return for a third attempt.

Not a fan.

I would have to rate customer service as a zero on a scale from 1 to 10. The girl who called to schedule my appointment was rude the first time I spoke to her but let it go. The second time she was so extremely rude to me even my coworkers could hear her over the phone and their jaws dropped with how rude she was. The guy they sent to my home to repair my AC unit broke the unit somehow and we had to live with 90° house in the middle of July. I did call another company who came out next day and it is fixed now. Not happy with this company at all. I hope the owner of this company reads this and takes care of the girl answering the phone. I probably wouldn't have even written this review except for how the customer service girl was on the phone.

Tired of being ripped off??? Use Techcool. Honest....fair....priced right...and even in the worst time in summer when the air breaks down...they answer their phone and service is amazingly prompt! My tech was here in half an hour after I made that first call. I was so impressed and so happy to have my air fixed with every day being well over 100 degrees this week....it was a lifesaver!

Wow!! Same day service in the middle of Summer. My AC was having issues and this is the only company that actually could make it the same day. They were lifesavers. The tech arrived on time, they were very knowledgeable and friendly. They had to replace some parts and got us back up and cool quickly. Great customer service. I will recommend to all friends and family.

I chose Techcool after refusing 4 other companies offered by my home warranty company to fix a couple of plumbing issues in my home. I made the right choice in waiting until I was offered Techcool. They sent out Fernando, an extremely competent and professional young man who was great to deal with as he repaired everything. He kept me updated on the status as things progressed, worked extremely hard on getting some parts and fixtures replaced, and when he left everything was working perfectly. I could not have asked for more. If you need plumbing or HVAC/Water Heater work done do not hesitate to use this company. Thanks Fernando you rock!

Hector the tech is phenomenal. He came and diagnosed the problem right away when he asked what is going on with unit. If I have any other problems they also offer other services like plumbing and electrical. They'd be first to know. I like how there no other up sell just straight to the point. If anybody need heating and cooling service Techcool is the one.
