I had a few questions today so I called Tech Cool Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Hector answered the phone. He was extremely nice. He answered all the questions I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable. He has such a professionalism. He really cares about his work and his customers. I love supporting family businesses, They just put more effort into giving such good customer service. I would definitely recommend Tech Cool Air Conditioning and Plumbing to al my friends and family.

came to my home to ""inspect"" and clean system. a few days after he left i noticed that the ac compressor was making noise and when i looked i saw the obvious that any ""inspection"" would have picked up: the wires to the fan hanging low due to sleeve rotting and were being clipped by fan blades.

prior to this he replaced the compressor and gave me a warranty for labor. he refused to live up to his warranty because i dared complain about his ""inspection"".

low quality work and lower quality ethics. run from this clown.

0 star.. worst company ever. Unprofessional , bad customer service, people dont know whats going on with thier employees, manager that dont know what she was talking about, does not care whats going on.

Called home warranty to fix my AC. They sent me this company. Came after 2 days, tech brayan finished the job after 10 mins.. 9 hrs after AC not working again. Called home warranty to find out what happen. They cant do anything til the tech send a diagnosis. Contact techcool to send diagnosis 3 times. First they said they cant reach the tech. Second it will be ready in 2 hours. 3rd you have to call back tom. Because we cannot get a hold of brayan. 2 days after still no diagnosis sent by the tech brayan who happens to be MIA. All i need is the diagnosis from brayan so i can continue with my claims . Call them back the 3rd day no answer.
They took the $75 and gone with the wind.

Hector and Tech Cool team are our lifesavers for today. We woke up at 3am when our AC stopped blowing cold air. We couldn't sleep at all and have visitors coming out of town today and tomorrow to stay for the whole week so you should know how stressful it was for us. We called several places and even one company that claims to be 24hours service, we called this company at 4am and no available service until 12pm to 2pm.
We called TechCool and they happen to have availability from 9am to 12pm so we cancelled the other appointments and went with Hector. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and they have very competitive pricing. They replaced our motor same day and now thanks to Tech Cool our AC is working :) We are happy and so will our guests :) Don't look elsewhere, try them and you won't regret it.

This morning around 10am, Zach came and fixed our a/c unit that went out yesterday. 3 hours later, the unit wasn't working AGAIN. Same problem as before. Call the office and the girl tells me Zach said it was working when he left and now he is busy and can't come back until Monday. Later, the owner, I believe his name is Hector, called and asked what was happening. I explained to him the details, and he sent Zach back to figure out what happened. A/C is now back up and running! All thanks to an owner who cares about his customers' satisfaction. I truly appreciate that he made it right for my family! Even offered to have someone come in November to make sure we're ready for winter. That's how an owner who takes pride in his business should be! Thank you sir!!

Thank you!!! I highly recommend this company!!!!.. I had another company come out to my house and basically tell me a bunch of lies after 5 days with no AC!! I was very LUCKY to get a 2 opinion from ""TechCool"". HECTOR your the MAN.. True Professional!!!! He came to the house and easily found the problem in 1 hour.. Life Changer for me, after spending 5 days in hotels and getting no answers from the other company.... Thank YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hector and Manny were very honest and knowledgable. We are so happy that there are just plain ole good honest techs left in Vegas. Def get an estimate from them , you won't be sorry. Service was fast and friendly and affordable. Thanks for the ""bright side"" to our ac compressor going out during 90 degree weather.

Well folks, I can't believe how turned around the service is now. I recieved a message from Aisha who not only apologized but really took the time to understand the root of the problem. I felt like my time wasn't wasted and she really wanted to correct the situation. It is hard to reach genuine companies and people who are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Manny and his team on the ServTech division responded promptly to an urgent flood situation at my mom's house. They took care of all the water damage & mitigation very timely. They repaired everything to better than before. Their rate is extremely reasonable. I am so appreciative to these guys. God Bless you !!

I will highly recommend Hector and his team to everyone I know. They have the full package (quality with reasonable pricing) They saved us in this cold holiday season in Vegas. Our water heater was having problem and Hector answered our call way away and send a tech to us in 2 hours. tech was knowledgeable and identify the problem immediately. They even follow up and make sure everything was ok. I have so many questions but Hector answered my call/ text and explained to all my questions EVERY SINGLE TIME! They are responsible and reliable! if you have any AC/plumbing problem, please call them! You will not regret!
