Excellent service! Very professional from the first outreach. We had an after hours emergency due to a broken toilet valve. They arrived within one hour of my after hours service request and did an excellent job and were in and out in no time. We had a water heater explode & Techcool came out within minutes on a Saturday morning & pulled out the old water heater. Once the drywall repairs were complete Carlos came out on a Friday night at 6:30pm to install the new water heater!! This is one of the best & most responsive companies I've ever dealt with!! The customer service is beyond what I've ever experienced! Everything was left clean & working when they left! Best plumbing company in Vegas!!!

My air conditioner went out in the middle of the summer and it took tackle over one month to get it fixed! The heat was over 117 one of the days. I had to go and purchase air conditioner that I put into my sliding glass door I was miserable all my animals were miserable and the technician could care less! Never again!!!

My parents needed a new water heater and they were quick to respond on a Sunday afternoon while many other places weren't available. Appreciated their honesty because my parents didn't need a 75 gallon tank for a house that's less than 2k sq ft with 2 bathrooms so we went with a 40 gallon tank and saved some money. Recommend them for their responsiveness and hard work. Thank you for helping my elderly parents in a time of need.

Had a tech come out to fix leaking AC that caused damage. Was charged money and nothing got fixed. Was told they would be back the following day with the parts needed for the job. They did a no call no show. I had to reach out to them after the appointed time to find out where my tech was. I was told the parts would not be in till days later. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform me that no one was coming or that they were waiting on parts. Taking our business elsewhere and waiting for a refund.

Had an emergency with our water heater, which sprung a leak thru the wall of the heater, spraying water all over the place. We were very fortunate to have Techcool not only come over in less than an hour, but also had a water heater on hand to replace the busted one. Miguel Orczeco, the technician who did the replacement, is a superstar. He did an excellent job and in a timely manner. Highly recommend Techcool and specifically Miguel if you need such type of service or any other plumbing/AC work.

Just terrible. The guy even didn't check and told me the fixture were bad until I made him to try a new bulb and turn out it was just the bulb. He didn't seem to care but to make money out of you as much as possible.

0 stars. If you have a home warranty, they will send out this company. They don't care to help you if it's through the warranty. My AC was leaking through my ceiling, visit one they said oh it just needed cleaned. One hour later, leaking again. Called back, they came back out a few days later and said I needed a new drip pan, custom made. They got one made and came out a few days later to install it. Guess what, new pan overflowed and an even worse leak. Then they said the insulation was causing problems and making problems with coil.

Called a reputable company, they fixed the pipe that was the problem, showed me my coil which was not rotten.
Do not use this company, shady as heck.

He was extremely knowledgeable. He has such a professionalism. He really cares about his work and his customers.
