Whatever you do DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company. The owner's name is Harris. He and his wife come to service your house together. He pretends to have the snake go all the way to the main line (Street) and then makes up some silly story about their being a ""belly"" in your line that the snake can not clear out. He tells you the only way to clear the line is to use a high pressure water machine which costs $600. He's all ready with a price list that shows $100 to snake the line, $200 to use a camera on the line and $600 for high pressure system.

He tells you that your sewer is back pitched and made out of clay, looks you straight in your eye and tells you there is no other way to clear the line. Claims to have found roots and all types of other foreign bodies but does not produce any evidence of such.

I called The Doody Man immediately following my undesirable interaction with Harris and his lady friend. They cleaned the line in less than 10 min using the snake for $75!!

I'm call BBB tomorrow to make a complaint. Absolutely horrible company!!
