My boss had a hose bib replaced by Daniel. He was so polite on the phone and on the job. He was on time and very professional. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Nice to see that kind of work ethic in the younger generation. Keep up the great work! I'll be calling them with any future plumbing issues he might have.

My home warranty company chose this company to replace our water heater. The only positive thing I have to say, is that Charlene was very nice on the phone. We had just bought a house and didn't know that the water heater was so old it was not up to code. The repair man shows up (an hour late, with no courtesy call) and he doesn't even introduce himself. He then continues to throw a MASSIVE fit-- cussing, kicking, throwing things. I'm assuming it was because no one told him it would be a big job, but it made me so uncomfortable, I called my father-in-law to come sit with. It took him 5 hours to install the water heater and update everything to code (cussing and slamming things the whole day) and he even put a hole in my living room wall.
He left, said he would fix the hole. I called the next day to complain, and asked for a different tech to fix the hole, and there was no discount offered, just that the tech would be talked to.
2 weeks later, I get a call on a Friday that someone would be out on Monday to fix the hole... nobody showed up. My husband got so fed up that he fixed it himself.
the hot water works, and that's about all I can say for this experience.
I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYBODY

This company was hired by Lowes to install my new dishwasher. The first appoint was missed as the installer said he had the wrong number, despite them having already called me to confirm the appointment, which was already 6 weeks after I purchased the dishwasher. The next appointment, 3 weeks later, the installer said he couldn't fit the dishwasher between the refrigerator and counter because of the handles on the fridge. He wouldn't take them off. So, he left the dishwasher in my dining room. 2 months later I'm still waiting because the installer wanted to add another person and lift it over the counter. I sent the measurements and told them it wouldn't fit. They also wanted to charge Lowes more for the second person. Finally, my boyfriend took the handles off the fridge - 30 seconds max. I ended up hiring someone else who installed it without any problems.
I would never use these people again.

We called our homeowners insurance regarding two plumbing issues, kitchen sink faucet and a toilet that ran periodically. Before Tech Plumbing came out, they called and asked a specific description of the issues. The lady asks to take a photo f the kitchen faucet and send it to her. She told me they had one in stock and would bring out.
Pat from Tech Plumbing came out at the time indicated. Pat knew exactly what was needed and performed the repairs in record time. It shows his experience and knowledge. Tech Plumbing will be my first call for any future Plumbing issues.

I was helping a client move in Minden, NV and needed professional help disconnecting appliances, checking plumbing and electrical. Tech Plumbing did a great job. They showed up with prompt service, attention to detail and a great attitude. My client was pleased. Highly recommend! 5 Stars.

So the tech comes out to attempt to service my AC. I told them I needed freon, tech says yes but brings no freon. Then the tech says he can come back the following monday at 3:30pm for $300, I said ok. Then I get a call from the office that says the tech can come at 4pm, which is now after hours and is going to cost me more. BAD business practice and would NEVER call these guys again, borders on dishonest at best.......Don't do business here

Useless. I bought a dishwasher through Lowes, PAID to have this company install it. I'm now stuck with a dishwasher that doesn't work and my hot water on the kitchen faucet doesn't work. The tech blamed my plumbing but the dishwasher he removed worked fine. He told me to call a plumber LOL... seriously?? I wasted money on having them install it. I will not be using them for anything else.

Our toilet began leaking Friday at our rental home. Tech Plumbing's Shalene called that day to set up an appt but my wife became very ill. I called Monday morning for a Wednesday appt and I was having my neighbor come over to let the plumber in. When I got to my wife's hospital room everything was good and there was a nurses aid sitting with her. The staff told me to go home and rest. I called Shalene on my way home again an told her I was going home was any plumber free to come out today. She told me to hold and came back to inform me someone would be there today before 5pm. I hadn't been home more than 5 minutes from the hospital when the Tech Plumbing's Supervisor Bill pulled up. Bill fixed our toilet so quickly & neatly you wouldn't have know the big burly plumber was even here.

Tech Plumbing is wonderful, from Shalene to Bill. When we move into our new home they will be the first Plumbers I call when needing help. I cannot thank them enough making my stressful day just a little easier!!!!! I only wish all companies could have there own Shalene & Bill, there business would boom.

Horrible company. The previous receptionist, Cheryl, was VERY rude and extremely unprofessional. She was finally let go. Big surprise there! This company NEVER calls on time to schedule an appointment to install. The phone keeps ringing, no answer and no voicemail. How do these people stay in business?

Oh I'm sure if these guys actually get back to you they do good work, but considering that I have never even been able to TALK to this company, I can't say for sure. 2 stars for the fact that I can't even talk to them to really even know what kind of work they do.
