Horrible company. The previous receptionist, Cheryl, was VERY rude and extremely unprofessional. She was finally let go. Big surprise there! This company NEVER calls on time to schedule an appointment to install. The phone keeps ringing, no answer and no voicemail. How do these people stay in business?
Oh I'm sure if these guys actually get back to you they do good work, but considering that I have never even been able to TALK to this company, I can't say for sure. 2 stars for the fact that I can't even talk to them to really even know what kind of work they do.
Scott O.I know my home plumbing issue was minor but Jason from Tech Plumbing was able to show up same day I called and fix quickly for a fantastic value. Next time I need plumbing (or when I look for an AC unit OMG its hot today) I will be giving them another call!
I have had a water pressure issue since buying a home in Carson City a couple of years ago. Bill from Tech came by and assessed the situation; a solution proposed involved pumps and additional pipes for @ $2,000. After more discussion and testing Bill and I decided that the outcome would not be worth the money. He checked several things and adjusted the pressure valves under the house for a fraction of the other solution.
Kudo's to Tech Plumbing for the best, cost effective work (cost benefit)
I am a landlord with two properties, I know it's not much, but I do try to watch my budget very closely these days. I have used Tech Plumbing for several projects at both properties. I have taken advantage of their HVAC services and also the plumbing services. In ALL cases, I very strongly feel I got extremely great service, the job was done right, done on time, done in a fair amount of time, and I still have never had a single issue with any of the services rendered, with a very fair price. The Receptionist is EXTREMELY pleasant to deal with, and completely works with my schedule. I simply could not ask for more. To sum it up, Tech Plumbing is the only business I will call for the future of my Plumbing and HVAC needs in my own home, and my rentals.
Actiongarage D.Tech plumbing definitely has the best customer service out of the 4 companies I talked to. The service tech that came out to install our kitchen faucet was very professional. Their pricing was right in line with everyone. Would definitely use again.
Mandy G.Schad and Victor have been out to my house in Virginia city dozens of times for major and minor plumbing issues. They have always been extremely polite and knowledgeable not to mention quick. When my problem was with the water heaters manufacturing and the company wouldn't give me the time of day Schad took matters into his own hands and hounded them until they replaced the unit at no cost! I love these guys I'll never use anyone else.

I was treated like i was calling the White House and berated with questions, when I, the customer told her I had a QUESTION FOR A PLUMBER she responded, ""well i can answer your question""
A. Highly unlikely she could answer my question with any accuracy or thereabouts.
B. She was blatantly rude with her tone of voice.
C. The "" RECEPTIONIST"" needs to stick to her job, not a PLUMBER'S job!
I cannot comment on service, because this disgrace of an employee wouldn't let me get that far to give them money.
