I received a ""flat rate"" quote to replace two bathroom faucets with two owner provided faucets. The quote was $350 so we booked with them. The technician came at the appointed time and told us he would need to replace the shut off valves under the sinks as well. Probably true so we said give us new quote. The new quote became $1500!!! I noticed also that they made no attempt to contact me directly despite the fact they had my number. Instead they discussed this with my wife who was not prepared to decide this. I called but was unable to speak with anyone in charge. I am beyond disappointed in this company and in all who recommended them.

When I called and scheduled the tech to come out on the 4th of July because the garbage disposal in our 4 year old home had stopped working, I expected to have it replaced that day. Or I would have waited until Tuesday. The tech arrived after I called because no one had showed up and it was past the window of time I had been given. The tech arrived apologized and proceeded to give me two ridiculously high quotes for a new garbage disposal. Needless to say we did not use this company. It was a complete waste of my time and theirs.

Our toilet was blocked, sewage came out of our shower and made a stinking mess. The nice gentleman on the phone set me up with Luke and he showed up in the promised time on short notice. Luke was very friendly and professional. He cleared the blockage, cleaned up around the drain and gave me some nice pointers for cleaning and future precautions. He also answered all my questions thoroughly. All in all a very prompt and pleasant experience. Will use them for sure for future services.

Had a great experience today with Steve Johnson. After getting my new dishwasher installed, I needed to have the hose from my disposal to the air gap fixed. Team Rooter responded quickly and Steve arrived less than 2 hours later. He saved me money by clearing out the clog rather than replacing the entire hose. I would recommend Team Rooter and Steve. I will use them in the future! Thanks Steve!

My main line plugged up on a Saturday afternoon, Team Rooter was the only service that answered my call and were available to help. 5 star start. A $69 cleaning special was mentioned on the call but when the technician quoted $99. End of story- the line was unplugged and the bill was $2800. Jeez I sure had a senior-under-duress moment when I agreed to that charge. I've called and emailed TR asking for a review of my charges but have been ignored.

This was a delightfully quick fix to a clogged drain problem I couldn't figure out. (I have a couple different size drain augers for DIY drain cleaning.) Alex Rojas from Team Rooter arrived on schedule, and when I told him what the problem was and what I tried, it took him all of ten minutes to work UP from the outdoor cleanout next to our kitchen sink to get full drain speed again. Thank you guys! The price was VERY fair and Alex is a true professional: calm, friendly, efficient. We're careful so we usually don't have issues like this, but I'm putting them in my contacts so I remember who to use next time.

Can't tell you how solid Aaron Schiebel came through for me. He was the tech dispatched out to me. My kitchen and bathroom sinks were both at a stand still, my son and daughters were sick with COVID, and we couldn't even do dishes to easily continue quarantine. ? He was not able to enter the house due to company policy, but he went out of his way to give me a few extra things I could try to get flow, including texting me and answering a few questions later in the day through my trials, and he literally saved my wife and I's sanity and ability to stay quarantined. YOU ARE THE MAN AARON AND DESERVE A RAISE FOR YOUR GENUINE SYMPATHY AND WILLINGNESS TO HELP! May the world pay it forward to you man!

Used them for fixing a leak. Very expensive. I had to use their service because it's an emergency. When i checked other places. It seems, they ripped me for 30 to 40% higher labor fee. They were clean and did the job correctly. Guys were responsive so thats why it deserves 3 start. If you are not in hurry, choose someone else.
