BEWARE !! These guys were very pleasant BUT what they proposed to do AND CHARGE to unclog my drain was potential robbery!!

For a job they we're going to charge me $2,800 for (after a $700 discount). After checking average prices online . I successfully had it done for $750 by another Yelp listed licensed plumber

I had a slab leak, and the guy who came was 1000% sure there were no manifolds behind the water heater. So, he said we had to do a whole-house repipe with a crazy cost estimate. I found another company that helped and found the manifolds, allowing for a partial pipe reroute at a significantly lower cost. The company was either ignorant or dishonest. I would not recommend them to anyone.""

I would like to thank Team Rooter in Simi Valley for their most accommodating efforts with me regarding the recent plumbing issue in my home. Kevin Zamora was the technician dispatched to assist and he was very pleasant beginning with his courtesy call, introduction, and notification of his scheduled ETA. Upon his arrival, Kevin immediately addressed our concerns. After the initial attempt to snake the drain (8ft), it was apparent this was going to require a more extensive approach.

Initially I was concerned given that my family rents this home and it's not always pleasant notifying a landlord of repairs or costs. He provided a quote, and as expected, our landlord wasn't very pleased nor ready to proceed and ultimately declined the service until further notice.

Kevin, taking notice of my disappointment, then informed me that he'd contact his supervisor Israel to seek further guidance.

He then circled back and reassured me that he would do all he could to make sure the work would get done that very evening. Mind you, this was on a Sunday and now nearing 8PM.

After making a few calls between his supervisor and myself, we again contacted my landlord and informed him of the next option and costs. Although he paused, sighed, and ultimately raised my blood pressure... he agreed and gave Kevin the green light to proceed.

Within the hour Kevin returned with his supervisor, Israel, and they immediately began hydro jetting the clogged pipes and effectively removed all blockages and debris.

Great customer service means following best practices like valuing customers' time, having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and resourceful resources. Kevin took things a step further to exceed -- rather than just meet -- these expectations.

Kevin and Israel, Thank You for all that you do! Your dedication, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service are truly appreciated.

We had leaking and broken cold water valve under our kitchen sink. Our technician Kevin Z came when free consult was scheduled on time and very professional. He explained the situation in steps and gave me a lot of options to work with. When I needed a slightly different service, he worked with me to find the right solution to fit my needs. He wore booties in the house and smelled clean, not reeking of product or smoke as so many others have in the past.

Our dog barking while we were watching tv last night was caused by water appearing on almost all of the floors in the house. in addition, the water was moving indicating a continuing issue.

We called Team Rooter Ventura and Kevin Z arrived shortly. We were exhausted and grossly uncomfortable with the grey water pouring in. Kevin had a smile on his face and said he could help immediately. He quickly located the cause of the flooding,, testing each water source to determine the extent of the problem. Once he had a full picture of what needed to be done, he helped remove as much water as possible. It was almost 2am when he left, promising to be back at 9am this morning with the took to go through a wall and fully repair the pipe that caused the flood.

Kevin is going to be our plumber for a very long time.
