I had a clogged kitchen sink, and of course it happened on a holiday weekend. I called Team Rooter Plumbing and was able to get service the same day. I was very impressed with how efficient the process was. I received an email immediately, confirming my appointment and another email when they were on their way the name and picture of the technician.
The technician Jonathan verified who he was and handed me his business card immediately. He assessed the situation and was able to clear clogged drain, explaining everything as he went along.
He was very professional and friendly . If I need a plumber, I will definitely call team Rooter and request Jonathan as the technician.

My experience with Team Rooter was very positive. They responded promptly to my call about a blocked drain and soon discovered there was root blockage in the main pipe. They showed me the problem, gave me three options for fixing it and went to work as soon as I made my choice. The repairman, Kevin, was a dynamo, working diligently and efficiently to get the job done in the promised time. He was polite and good-natured throughout and kept me informed throughout the process. I bought a new stove and the line from the stove didn't fit the valve on the wall. Called Team Rooter out for an estimate and they said I had to replace the valve on the wall and it would cost $975, but they would give me a 10% discount for new customers, which would be $877. I was like, that is more than I paid for the Stove. I said no thanks. I asked a friend to take a look and all that needed to be done was the valve on the stove needed to be replaced. Part was $12 and it took him 10 minutes to fix. Team Rooter didn't even suggest this! Trying to take advantage of me and gouge money from me. Not right!

As a new customer I was surprised someone was able to come out not only on the same day,but within a few hours! Kevin came out in the middle of a downpour. He was very polite and took the rain in stride and got to the task at hand, a clogged kitchen drain. He snaked the drain and it was full of sludge. The drains were not clogged anymore, but Kevin explained it was probably only a temporary fix and explained why. He gave us some options and we are considering those. I also used a coupon they offered! If needed again, I will definitely ask for Kevin again! Have to say the woman who answered the phone and arranged my appointment was wonderful. Unfortunately I cannot recall her name.

Had Angel Gutierrez come by and work on my plumbing cause I was having drain issues, he was able figure out the issue pretty quickly and got the job done, super professional, knowledgeable and respectful.
