Called at 8am due to our shower back up last night and was greeted by a friendly person who was able to schedule me a same day appointment between 11am-1pm. They sent me a text with a picture of the plumber and the person even called me 15 minutes prior to arriving.

Hector was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He came in wearing the booties to cover his work boots and provided us with a fair estimate. He spent about an hour or so working on the problem and was able to resolve it! He treated the workspace as if it was his own, he cleaned up and very professional.

Thanks Team Rooter! I'll definitely be sharing this company to all my friends.

When I finally got the hint that something terribly wrong was going on with the bathroom plumbing in my house, I called Team Rooter because a fellow named Erwin had once come out to unclog my kitchen sink. He had made a great impression on me, did a terrific job, and charged me the least of several other plumbers I had contacted. When I called Team Rooter this time to inspect and assess what was going on with the bathroom, I asked for Erwin. He came out with Israel, the branch manager. They were thorough and careful. They wore booties in the house, and performed everything possible to discover the cause of the problem: an antiquated, corroded, disintegrated cast iron pipe under the house had failed! The cost would be high and they would have to cut open my hardwood floors and dig, dig, dig inside and outside the house. I was in shock and scrambled to get other estimates and other points of view. But no other plumbing company came even close to making me feel as confident as Team Rooter that the job would go well, the materials used would be first rate, and the cost would be justified. Team Rooter, specifically, Israel, Erwin, Abraham, did an amazing job. I felt acknowledged and respected, had every single question answered, and this unbelievably challenging job was completed within a week! They contained the dust, excavated with minimal disruption, and did a fantastic cleanup when it was over. I don't have a single complaint! I am happy and grateful! Thanks Team Rooter. These guys are amazing! As a first time homeowner, I was horrified to learn that I had a massive leak that came about seemingly overnight and had water coming up in my floorboards. Obviously there was some damage to my home so I immediately got on Yelp and I'm so glad I did because I found Team Rooter! These guys were able to come out first thing the next day and by the end of the day my plumbing nightmare was over. The technician they sent out (Jorge) was super nice and very knowledgeable, so I felt confident the entire time he was working on my house. My kitchen sink backed up on a Saturday morning. I saw an add in the Acorn for Team Rooter and gave them a shot. I called about 10:00am and they had a technician to my house by 11:30am. They texted me ahead of time with the name and photo of the technician that was coming. Jorge quickly went to work on unclogging the drain and they even ran a camera through the line so I could see the problem. The work was done professionally and they left the area clean when finished. And best of all - they didn't try to upsell me on
things I didn't need right now. I would use them again and would recommend them.

$69 dollar drain clearing deal is a little misleading. Only applies for first time customers, single family homes and if there's a local clear out. Which when they called they told me all this and I thought i met all the criteria but Key word is ""local"" clear out. Since I didn't have a local clear out they wanted to charge $250 to clear the drain when I had paid $135 for the same job in my other bathroom 2 months ago. To be fair they did match the price and they did the job, did clean work and they got there fast so if you don't mind being overcharged or are getting a special go for it.

Team Rooter is incredible! They are reliable and responsive. Jorge was my serviceman for an emergency water leak on the 4th of July, and he was friendly and communicated everything. He began the work right away, and worked quickly. He showed me what caused the leak and made suggestions so I could avoid future leaks. All in all, excellent service. My go to company and go to serviceman in the future, definitely Jorge and Team Rooter. Thank you!

Good clean efficient and at a fair price.It's hard to find local tradesmen, if you're in Simi Valley, I would recommend the Team Rooter. They came same day and fixed our plugged sewer line. Jonathan is very polite and knowledgeable.

Called Team Rooter Plumbing for a toilet repair. They had Erwin Lomeli out to the house within the hour (had given a two hour timeframe but appreciated beating that timeframe). Erwin diagnosed the problem with two alternatives to fix. He walked me through everything, took pictures, and fixed the issue using the first less expensive method. Finished, cleaned up and e-mailed me pictures with the receipt. Very knowledgeable, personable, and job well done. Would highly recommend.

Called Team Rooter on a Memorial Day Weekend with a clogged cleanout mainline, and they sent Johathan who arrived in less than 20 minutes. Jonathan was terrific. Not only was he pleasant he was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. Johathan had my plumbing issue resolved in swift order and gave me a 90-day guarantee for the service. The price was super reasonable especially on a holiday weekend. I put Team Rooter's contact straight into my contact list for the future and highly recommend anyone needing a quality, professional plumbing company, to call these folks. Two thumbs-up!!

Both showers backed up this morning, standing water in both. I phoned Team Rooter Plumbing at 7:30AM and their truck was here by 9:15AM. Erwin started by putting booties on his shoes to protect my flooring, and everything else he did was neat, clean and professional. Blockage was cleared, my tub washed down clean, and his gear loaded back in his truck in less than an hour. Not bad for a $69 rooter! Would definitely recommend.
