This company preys upon the elderly! They advise unnecessary work charge for that job, do a horrible job that looks like a 5 yr old did their stucco work! My elderly parents had a leaking toilet that over flowed! They needed to replace the drains....instead they advised to repipe water lines that didn't need to be replaced $24k....not solving the problem, so they could come out again when the toilet over flowed, another $4k under the toilet.... Left the front yard looking like shit with a pile of grass-not flush as if thy never were there! Still another over flow after running the laundry....Oh, they want another $15K.......never finished the jobs that they left looking horrible! And never showed up to fix them! Planning on reporting them to APS!

I'm so disappointed by the entire crew at Team Rooter. I chose them to hydrojet my landscape drains because of their great reviews, but I regret that decision every day. Not only did they fail to clear my drains, but they charged me $4000 to open up my concrete and ""repair"" the pipes. It turned out that the work was totally unnecessary and they had to return to undo what they'd done, leaving a hideous concrete patch which they are clearly not trained at doing. To their credit, they acknowledged the error and agreed to reimburse me...but their checks have bounced TWICE!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Don't use them, don't trust them!

A technician came out the day after I called. I received a text with his picture and name prior to his arrival. He was very pleasant and professional and clean and took care of the clogged toilet. Another technician put a camera down the pipe to show us the clog. The pricing was extremely competitive, and both gentlemen were very pleasant to work with. Problem solved quickly, professionally, and reasonable. Highly recommend this organization and will definitely call them again.

Kenneth did not know what he was doing. Came to fix our kitchen sink and he said he snaked the kitchen and he lied and didn't. He said he had to cut the outside plug. Then he called his supervisor he came didn't look at anything just said it would cost us 4500 to tear down the wall re-pipe etc.. we told him we are going to get any opinion and call our plumber the supervisor very mean and with attitude then why is your plumber not here I don't see him!! I WILL NEVER EVER HAVE YOUR COMPANY COME TO OUR HOUSE!!!! You are horrible!!!!! And all you care about is the money!!!!

Jason and ray are all about the customer!
Ray came Sunday morning, on his day off, to unclog a shower. Snake didn't work in morning. Wasn't long enough or strong enough or something. He actually felt bad we could not shower. So he went and got something bigger and better, came back few hours later and fixed it. All on his day off mind you. These guys are champions!

Ray and Jason were great! Super professional and friendly and went above and beyond. My bathtub was clogged and filling up from the drain with disgusting brown water and chunks. I spent 2-days trying to fix it myself with no luck. They came and fixed the problem really quickly on a SUNDAY and also left my bathtub cleaner than it was before (see before and after photos). Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Glad to have found them.
