Linda S.They were very professional, fixed our problem quickly, and left the bathroom clean. Thanks for a job well done.
Johnny A.Gave team rooters call had a plumbing issue was resolved real quick recommend this company they do a good job Steven helped out and answer all my questions
Liz T.Team Rooter was great. Cloyd was friendly and respectful of our home. Gave me a reasonable quote range, technician was able to come out relatively quickly, 30 minutes from 2 hour window. Wore shoe coverings, masks, got the job done and final bill was within estimate! Would def call them again!!! Contacted me the way I requested and overall fast, efficient service.
Danyelle A.I found Team Rooter on-line and was a little skeptical. The reviews sounded good so I tried them. Everything went well. The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and helpful. Completed the job accurately and left. I would definitely use them again.
Dr Nasa D.Manny and Jesus came out today they did a free camera inspection along with the water jetting of my pipes they have issues and are going to need repairs I'm happy to know they do financing and they're going to make this work for me on my budget. Super impressed with everything very clean and professional on time. Price was no more than what was quoted over the phone. It was pleasant dealing with Manny and Jesus. Also the office staff Called to confirm everything and let me know when they were on the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs services super nice people. Without a bunch of ups selling once again I can't say how happy I was that price came in at what was quoted over the phone. This is not a bait and switch operation. A real pleasure to deal with everybody
Scott C.They were professional the whole way through the process. Great price to snake two drains. The technician was super polite and very clean. We really appreciated that he wore his mask and covered his shoes at all times in our house. I'll definitely use them again if I need plumbing help.
Mark C.I had a kitchen sink clogged and called Team Rooter that got back to me immediately. Sent one of their technicians, Cloyd Reyes, over within a couple hours. After taking a look, he consulted me on the issue and suggested I contact the property management to fix it up. All this for no charge! Very kind, smart, and knowledgeable in his field. Big kudos to Cloyd!
After I made this review, I got a text message from the owner at 11pm! With threats and saying he had a recording of me, I am assuming he knows I have a female voice and not my husband who is the one who would be on the recording for this issue. (my husband called about this issue on Wednesday 6/19/20, so please look for a recording *of a male* if you have it or find the person who was taking calls then and ask them, because the conversation below is true and they should remember.) He is threatening to report me if I don't remove. So very inappropriate to be messaging me like this to my text number and at this time. I have asked him politely to stop messaging me. I feel threatened. Again, a warning, that they won't fix this in an appropriate way.
He said he would like to get to the bottom of this and speak to my husband. My husband will call tomorrow. I will amend the review if we can work this out, but they should have fixed it when we called the other day, we already had it fixed by a different plumber. I am not writing this for a refund, or a fix. I am finding the response by the owner, wholly inappropriate.
Original post below:
I am another who can't believe this company has 5 stars. WARNING THEIR WORK IS NOT GUARANTEED, NOT EVEN FOR 90 DAYS! We called twice. The first time, it was great, the plumber came out charged what we expected everything went smoothly. They told us if they had to unclog from the inside it would be $95 instead of $45 okay, fine, so we paid the extra. The plumber undid the drain pipes underneath the sink to clear the clog, he did tell us he was adding a piece of pipe to make the job easier, he had it in his truck and wouldn't charge extra our sink is in a very tight spot, so we understood.
At first, all was good. Not 2 months later, two of the drain pipes underneath (connected by the *extra* piece) came completely loose and fell downward. Draining all of the outgoing water from the sink underneath the cabinets. We called them hoping they would fix the issue under warranty. I can't imagine that it would cost us anything, as the pipes weren't broken or anything! The PVC connections had popped open, that was it! How could it have been anything else, but the previous work, there was no clog, we didn't plunge or anything, it was under the garbage disposal, so how would that be touched by anything anyway?! We did not change or touch anything under the sink. Why would this just happen?!
(A side note: The new plumber that fixed it, says the weight of the PVC pipe (sink trap?) was inserted at a bad angle with the *extra* piping and forced in so the pressure would make it pop off eventually, he couldn't put it back in as it was, it needed to be re-done ,he added some pipe)
We texted and asked for the original plumber to come out, because when he saw his own work, he wouldn't deny it was the problem. He specifically seemed like a nice guy. They wouldn't connect us. They gave a ridiculous estimate.
My husband argued that this was not right. They said they would look at it,it would cost us $65 to come out and we could go from there. They said, they couldn't be sure that we didn't make any changes between the repair and now. Are you kidding me? Is that what you say every time so you don't have to fix errors?
They said they needed our credit card number before they would come out. At this point I stopped trusting them, no credit card number was required the first time and the website says free estimates. The person on the phone was speaking over my husband, arguing with him and not listening. (eta, please see the recording of my husband's call if you have, it should all be there, you should also hear my husband state I changed my mind and didn't trust them anymore.) Were we being punished because there was a problem? We thought once they saw the issue they would realize it was nothing we had done, but an error by the repairman. Which was okay, we jut wanted it fixed! It looked like a very easy fix, I was willing to pay the $65 for them to come out! We would give them our credit card when they gave us the estimate in person and pay before the work was done. This is how you treat a customer who has come back for your help?? Forget it.
We called a different plumber who came out, on a free estimate and replaced the sink trap in place and added pvc under the sink for $125. The new plumber actually promised, the work is guaranteed, no questions and it is in writing. THAT is good customer service. Find a different plumber just in case something goes wrong, Team Rooter will blame it on you without even coming out to look at it. (Then send messages to your private text number at 11pm!)

Shaunt K.I called Team Rooter because my kitchen sink was fully backed up with standing water. Team Rooter was able to set me up with an appointment on the same day (within a couple of hours of when I called). The technician, Steven A., arrived promptly and was very professional, honest, and detail oriented. Additionally, he was wearing a mask, gloves, and shoe covers (which he would take off and put back on as he exited and entered my house). Steven un-clogged my drain and gave me advice and recommendations, without any pressure, and the entire service was very reasonably priced. Thank you.
They were excellent in many ways: prompt response, quick appointment, sent a picture of the person they were sending, which is a great safety measure, good price.
The technician that came over, Rene, was cordial, professional, even used a shoe protector so to not mess up my floor. That was amazing, in my opinion.
I am not giving five plus stars because the problem was not completely solved. I might need a power jet, or something else. But because they couldn't solve the problem immediately, they did not charge me, so it was very professional.
I totally recommend them, and I will used them again if I need. Thumbs up!
