Was informed that I am invoiced $140 to receive a bid on a system when no actual work was completed. As an entity that purchases over 300 houses per year in Bexar county I most certainly would not have agreed to such a charge if I had been informed of it up front. In addition to this I was treated very rudely on the phone when I called to ask about the nature of the origin of the charge. They may be good for certain jobs but as a high volume consumer in the HVAC servicing department I feel insulted by the way I've been treated through this ordeal.
