Working with this company none the less has been nothing but an inconvenience and costing me extra expenses. Called on June 28th to have a Tv Mounted on our outside deck/patio with a new electrical outlet to be installed on the house behind the tv. When talking with Eric Carpenter Eric Stated he would have someone out there the Friday at 3:30 to get me and estimate due to the urgency of getting this done for an event I had coming up. Eric Then stated his next available appointment and soonest time he could get it done was Wednesday July 6th as I understood as he stated they have been very busy. David Hemmings had stopped out to get a look at the location of Tv and where everything would need to be put as he would have the Estimate by Monday so I would be good to go. I stated I would go out that weekend and buy all the supplies like the Mount, Tv and weatherproof covers as they asked if they wanted could supply those. I know what I wanted so I supplied them and to save extra cost. Well come Monday I waited till the end of the day with no Email's/phone calls or communication from either Eric or David. Called David Tuesday to follow up to find out they still hadn't had time to get an estimate together. Wednesday July 6th day that install was to be done... The day I took off work due to Eric stating would be the day of install.... They declined my install stating they never said they would do it Wednesday and we never setup an appointment and would now get to it now next week. I moved my event and took off work due to what I had been told. Call Eric and just wanted to give me the run around. You know when you state and set something up and schedule things, I would think you would stick to the original plan and not mess over your customer. You're to be a professional and good culture company to keep customers happy and coming back. I used this company with my house build when installing 8 large tv's and having them mounted as well as having all new plugs installed. Never again well I recommend this company in the unprofessional customer service and lack of doing the job they stated they would do.
