Team Contractors were very prompt - Khoa showed up to give a detailed quote within an hour of my Yelp request, and they started the work the next day (kitchen sink replacement, this included installing granite tiles cut to match the sink contours). They showed up on time the day of the install and were very courteous and patient with our questions. The cleanup was good as well, I like their follow-up the day after the install to check for leaks under the sink.

Our water heater was leaking and we called dan on Saturday, dan , khoa and his team came in 30mins figured out the water heater needs to be replaced. The quote for labor was reasonable and they finished the job in 3 to 4 hrs. They had to come up with some innovative solution since the new heater was 1 inch wider than old one. Overall it was a very neat job and I'm really happy with the work they did.

My water heater needed replacement and I had to go back and forth several times between the warranty company and the manufacturer to fix it. All this while we had to have cold showers for over a week after diagnosing the problem which was an internal leak.

I looked up yelp and found Dan who promptly agreed to come by and fix the issue. The quote I got from Dan was literally half of what the manufacturer was quoting me.
He showed up the same afternoon, an hour after we spoke and worked his way towards removing the heater, driving up to Home Depot to find a replacement and even making a detour to the ATM since I had to draw out some money to pay him.

He is honest, knowledgeable and hard working and his quotes are beyond reasonable. He is very respectful and prompt and knows what he is doing. Definitely look him up if you ever have a problem with your heater and need a repair or replacement. I'm glad I did.

I had a leaky 1.5 inch galvanized pipe that is feeding the water tank in my house.
After agreeing on the estimates based on the picture, Danh, Khoa and the crew showed up
on time to get the job done. Ended up replacing the entire 17 inch long pipeline based on the recommendation, but that was a good decision after seeing what the inside of the pipe looks like (lots of deposits, and threads are rusting).
After all, the crew got the job done in a very professional manner, and in time. They stayed late to check the job was done without any problem, and stopped by the next day to confirm there is no problem. Great and reliable crew!

We used Dan and his team to install a lateral cleanout on our property. We recently had a bad sewage clog and used another service to get it unclogged. The other service recommended us to replace our whole sewage pipe (which would have cost upward of ~$6-$7k.

I found Dan on Yelp and in our initial call, he was patient and detailed in explaining to me why replacing a sewage pipe shouldn't be the first action item (rather, it should be the last resort). We then scheduled for him to come to our property to see the extent of the work that needed to be done.

We decided to go with Dan because he was very thorough with his work and provides great advice and information. We called around for other bids but other plumbers weren't as thorough as Dan and seemed more interested in getting more money out of us than helping us.

Dan and his team finished the job in 2 days (lateral cleanout installation, power wash and camera inspection), and provided us with video footage of our sewage pipe condition. We were very happy with his work and would recommend him. Thanks, Dan!

I highly recommend this company. I called Team Contractors after I look them up in yelp and Khoa answer the phone immediately. I told him my water heater is not working. He asked if I am home and said he can come by in 30 minutes. He and his partner come right on time and start examine my water heater. Not for long , they found the problem and fixed it. They are charging me very reasonable price for the work they did. All along they explained to me how maintain my water heater and what can go wrong. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing or water heater work.
