Above and beyond. Really great work and amazing care. The first time they changed my shower faucet system. This time they changed five toilets, taking care to find small cracks in the ones that I had ordered online. They waited for me to go to home depot and return with new toilets. Really hard working, nice team. Very good at what they do!

My water heater started leaking and I chose Team Contractors after reading great reviews in Yelp. Khoa responded to me and he helped me in replacing the water heater, realigning the heat vent, replacing the inlet and outlet pipes and valves and helping with the overflow water. He also took care of a leaking faucet in my bathroom. Very friendly, consultative, knowledgable and focused on excellent service. Khoa also gave me a great package deal. I strongly recommend Team Contractors.

I was in the middle of a plumbing crisis and unable to find a plumber who could correct the problem. Decided to try Team Contractors and another plumber based on some of the reviews.

Dan answered my call in person and was very polite to talk to. I described the problem and he setup a time to come and look at my issue and give me an estimate. On the day of the estimate Dan came when scheduled and called in advance to let me know he was on the way. All very professional and efficient.

After spending sometime going over my problem and agreeing on a solution, we settled on what I thought was a fair price. Dan said he was able to get a technician over to my home the next day to the job. Unbelievable service, as I had been waiting or over two weeks to get my bathroom finished and still no end in sight at this point. Maybe Dan felt sorry for me lol. This was a tough job but Dan assured me that his guy could handle it.

Khao was the tech who came to do the job.The job was very difficult and required drilling and cutting into installed glass tile (very, very delicate stuff), then installing a divertor valve into existing new water lines.

Khao politely confiremd that he could handle this job. Then he took his time, made his measurements and got to work. He completed the glass tile cutting perfectly. (For reference another plumber who had estimated the job as well, sent over a guy who told me ""we don't cut glass tile, we're plumbers"", very useful right? Then his boss told him that they ""have a guy"" who can cut tile. Comments like these are deal breakers for me.)

Back to Khao, he went and installed the valve in my ideal position. A position that I didn't even think was possible due to the existing water lines. The valve and handle kit were positioned perfectly. The new lines were routed nicely and the whole job was very slick. Expertly done. Finally Khao took the time cleanup really well. To put it simply, Khao is the man.

So to recap, they were courteous, timely, professional and expert. Can't really give more praise than that. Based on my experiences good plumbers are really, really hard to find. You will be smart and satisfied if you use Team Contractors.

We reached out to Team Contractors via Yelp! given their excellent reviews and proximity. Khao called me back in 5 minutes, quoted me excellent prices to (1) remove our old reverse osmosis filtration system and (2) install a completely new and slightly different one. He and his assistant showed up on time and worked diligently for 90 minutes to complete the job. Their work was spotless, and exhibited perfect finishes. Khao guarantees the work for 180 days, which is superior to all other plumbers I have used. I will call them again for my next plumbing job. Oh, by the way, he hauled away all the trash, so that was just icing on the cake!

Honest, fast, inexpensive, quality plumbing! Never thought I'd say that in one sentence.

Hired Team Contractors to install water softener. Khoa is very responsive and. Ice to work with. I am glad that I find them on Yelp. The first time they came and pointed out that my house is not suitable for salt type water softener, and recommend me to get a filter type, because my main water supply is not in the garage, plus salt water type waste a lot of water. I got another one and they charged me with fair price for installation. Khoa and his colleague are polite, knowledgeable and nice. I Highly recommend them and will for sure use them in the future.

After checking Yelp Reviews for a plumber for a toilet issue at my parent's home, I decided to call, ""Team Contractors."" They had some great reviews from previous customers. Dan and Khoa came in and assessed the situation and did the necessary work to unplug the stubborn toilet. Luckily my parents had another bathroom to use until this issue was resolved. I really found these men to be accommodating, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Their charge was not high and I felt they do the work to help people, not to go out and take advantage of customers. Kudos to both these men and I highly recommend them and will certainly have them back for any issue at my own home, also. Thank you.

We've used Dan and Khoa for three jobs now, and planning to use them again for any of our plumbing needs. They've consistently been the most informed, transparent, and timely plumber, and they charge very reasonable rates. They encountered problems in each task, but continued to persevere until the job is done at the same price as originally quoted, even when it meant an extra trip to Home Depot or repairing a cabinet (not a typical plumber's job). They also had a high-tech camera that could look into our sewer lines and displayed the image on their iPad. They did not recommend unnecessary repairs, so I definitely trust their judgement and recommendations.

I got a response through yelp right away and called Dan who set up a free estimate. khoa and wing showed up early, diagnosed the minor issue, and gave me a very reasonable cost. they returned with supplies and got to work! they have a 180 day warranty on their work and I got a follow up message from khoa a few days later! great service, friendly people; would recommend and call again!
