James from Team Bob's installed a water filter thing to prevent the rust from my well from causing plumbing trouble. He figured out what was needed, was creative in figuring out how and where to put it in a tight space, and did a beautiful job with the work. I'm very grateful for his help and resourcefulness in solving the problem and the price was right.

We hired Team Bob's to do some plumbing repair work that our contractor installed improperly! They were professional, on-time and did a good job! But the reason I am writing this review is to tell you that if they make a mistake they will make things right! We had a issue with the toilet install that leaked and damaged our wood floors! I called this to thier attention a few days after the job and thier response was amazing! From the customers service, to management and the plumbers themselves! Very impressed and very satisfied! Thanks Team Bob's!!!

Team Bob's have great plumbers! Adam took out an old pedestal sink and replaced with vanity sink. He did great work and was very friendly and professional. Will definitely call them again. They also take care of our furnace when needed.

He came to do a furnace inspection. Arrived on time and nice. Did a throughly check and fixed what needed to. It was good to go know that it would work properly this winter.

Not only was I not contacted to have my approval for services over $800 while a family member let Team Bobs into my home, the work they did was unnecessary. I was able to turn on the water to my shower with a wrench when the handle would not turn on the water. Now all the piping is redone in the access behind my shower. I had Walter and Hemming replace my hot water heater less than a year ago. They said the DIY the previous owners was done ""wasn't pretty but worked effectively"". I would recommend Walter and hemming for their honesty since everything went great with them. When I complained about not being notified they receptionist Denise said they could take off the $115 consult fee. The next day she told me she was not authorized by her manager Eric and could only take off $59. I've never been so disappointed in integrity, work and customer service. Oh and to top it off my water pressure is lower!

I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars to Team Bob's. I've been using them for many years and have not had one problem or complaint.

For the last 5 years, they have been helping me baby my elderly furnace (25 years old) along. Who would have thought that my 15 year old a/c would give up the ghost at almost midnight on July 3rd! Team Bob's service was out here within the hour. Sadly, to repair the unit was not worth the expense so I decided to replace both the furnace and a/c plus a new water heater.

I'm sure it took a lot of work for Team Bob's to juggle their schedule but they managed to order all my equipment and come and install it at 8am on July 10th. By 3 pm that afternoon I had a/c again!

I said that I've been dealing with Team Bob's for many years and during that time I've met many of their employees. Every one of their employees has been extremely knowledgeable, neat and clean in their personal appearance and their work, and a pleasure to have in my home.

I am not a review-writer but this was important enough for me to write.

I can't attest to their services that they provide but I can tell you without a doubt they are good people! They helped us out a couple weeks ago as they plowed my friend's elderly dad's driveway and they would not accept any $ whatsoever. We had the hardest time trying to find someone to plow his drive! There was over 3' of snow too built up over the course of a few days. They were a total lifesaver!

Over charge...ex. charge for trip to house even tho it was their errorous work. If they don't have a part they will not do an overnight order unless you agree to pay for the overnight shipping. In our case we were never told of this policy, therefore it was regular ground shipping. Took 11 days to repair our hot water heater boiler/furnace. This was a December issue, burr... Nice personal made a price adjustment but questionable workmanship.

Seemed to do an adequate job, however they are very overpriced. To install a $130 circuit board, that took 34 minutes to do, cost me over $500. Even though they are a Lennox dealer, it took 4 days to get a replacement part. I will probably use somebody else next time. On the positive side, they did show up when they said they were going to, and the technicians were pleasant. They seemed to know what they were doing. My main issue is their excessive cost structure.

Not sure what's going on at Team Bob's anymore. They used to be a go to for us. They have done some plumbing repairs, installed a new heating system and a few other visits. This last experience we had with them was just awful. No call back's with quotes when they said they would (but oddly enough they would send an email within minutes of MY followup phone call). When I received the quotes I was shocked! The price was way out of line for a couple simple plumbing needs. I called another insured business that I have worked with before and they were able to be out a couple days later at 1/3 the price I was quoted at Team Bob's. Let me repeat. Team Bob's was 3 TIMES THE PRICE of another plumber. I assure you I will not sit around waiting for Team Bob's again. Makes me wonder how overpriced my furnace install was...
