The drainage in our basement was experiencing a major clog. We contacted Samba and him and his team came ready and prepared to tackle any plumbing issue we had within a couple of hours after contacting him. He came and surveyed the problem and offered a solution before it became a catastrophe. They worked quickly, neatly and efficiently. We definitely feel like we found someone with the right personality and expertise for our plumbing needs.

Samba and Freddie saved the day again! I recently discovered that my shower was slowly leaking into the wall when I use it. I contacted Samba, and he got back to me within minutes. Within a few days, he and Freddie were at my house. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly (they replaced the shower body and faucet), and were very efficient and kind as always. They are experts at what they do, and their prices are very reasonable and transparent. Thanks again guys!

For months, I've heard what sounded like water dripping on metal coming from the bathroom when the water was running. In addition, there's been a small leak coming from my upstairs bathroom onto the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. Every plumbing company I called was basically crooks, quoting me astronomical numbers before they even came out. After pushing it off for as long I could, we decided to call ASAP after reading the reviews. Samba was incredibly responsive. He made it out within two days and identified exactly what was going on within a few minutes. He told me what needed to be done (and why), fixed the issue.... then came the part I'd dreaded with the whole situation.... the price. Samba could have easily ripped me off, and I wouldn't have had much of an option. Instead, he was so incredibly fair and honest. ASAP Plumbing just gained a customer for life, and an ongoing referral source anytime someone needs a plumber. Honesty, trust and integrity go a long way. Thanks Samba for being a great plumber and a decent human being!

I had a leaking shower. Samba did a great job. I called & sent pictures yesterday (Sunday) and it's already fixed today (Monday). Very nice guy & pricing was fair. Would use again.

Very efficient and highly communicative

I had a new fridge delivered on a Monday but apparently our water line didn't have a shut off valve. I called these guys and they said they could squeeze me in that afternoon. Happily, I called to get the fridge delivery and installation rescheduled, and the earliest they could come back was Thursday. Samba called me later that afternoon to say the job they were on was taking longer than anticipated. They were happy to come out still that day but could come out the next day if I preferred. Since I had time and my situation wasn't an emergency plumbing issue, I said Tuesday was good. They came as promised on Tuesday and had the new shut off valve installed in under 20 minutes. And they did it without waking up either of my napping kids!

I waited a while to post this review because the fridge people finally made it back to install the fridge and everything hooked up perfectly.

The scheduling process is informal and fluid but if you let Samba know your timeline (have a fridge coming on Thursday, for example), he makes it work for you, and the end result is high quality.

Samba is a lifesaver and you won't have to lift a finger. Our kitchen faucet broke, called Samba, he was extremely honest about pricing what would look good and his rates. He himself went to Home Depot and sent us pictures as options, next day his team installed the faucet with parts. Very easy, super communicative and honest! Def. our go to especially owning a multi family home with tenants.

We had an issue with our water heater and called ASAP. They arrived in under an hour, fixed the problem quickly and then charged us less than quoted because it was a quick fix. Excellent. We will use them again.

I had called a couple plumbers prior to calling ASAP Plumbing and all plumbers had given me approximate estimate, however, ASAP Plumbing was the only company that suggested that he could stop by to see what the actual problem was. ASAP Plumbing was punctual, and polite as well as efficient. I am a rather particular customer and I love great customer service with decent rates and ASAP Plumbing delivered. Samba came to the rescue with an emergency flooding situation. Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the problem shortly after. Will not hesitate to call for Samba's expertise in the future.
