Very efficient and highly communicative

I had a new fridge delivered on a Monday but apparently our water line didn't have a shut off valve. I called these guys and they said they could squeeze me in that afternoon. Happily, I called to get the fridge delivery and installation rescheduled, and the earliest they could come back was Thursday. Samba called me later that afternoon to say the job they were on was taking longer than anticipated. They were happy to come out still that day but could come out the next day if I preferred. Since I had time and my situation wasn't an emergency plumbing issue, I said Tuesday was good. They came as promised on Tuesday and had the new shut off valve installed in under 20 minutes. And they did it without waking up either of my napping kids!

I waited a while to post this review because the fridge people finally made it back to install the fridge and everything hooked up perfectly.

The scheduling process is informal and fluid but if you let Samba know your timeline (have a fridge coming on Thursday, for example), he makes it work for you, and the end result is high quality.

Samba is a lifesaver and you won't have to lift a finger. Our kitchen faucet broke, called Samba, he was extremely honest about pricing what would look good and his rates. He himself went to Home Depot and sent us pictures as options, next day his team installed the faucet with parts. Very easy, super communicative and honest! Def. our go to especially owning a multi family home with tenants.

We had an issue with our water heater and called ASAP. They arrived in under an hour, fixed the problem quickly and then charged us less than quoted because it was a quick fix. Excellent. We will use them again.

I had called a couple plumbers prior to calling ASAP Plumbing and all plumbers had given me approximate estimate, however, ASAP Plumbing was the only company that suggested that he could stop by to see what the actual problem was. ASAP Plumbing was punctual, and polite as well as efficient. I am a rather particular customer and I love great customer service with decent rates and ASAP Plumbing delivered. ASAP Plumbing came prepared to work! Thank you guys.

Samba came to the rescue with an emergency flooding situation. Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the problem shortly after. Will not hesitate to call for Samba's expertise in the future.

Samba did part of the job and then promised that he would come back to finish it. I paid him in full and trusted him to come back to finish it. I called him again and again and again and he kept giving excuses and never contacted me again. After asking again and again I just got someone else to finish the job. In addition, when I had another plumber come to finish the job he told me that what Samba did was overkill. He sold me more than what was necessary. I can't say for sure whether that is true or not as contractors always seems to say the previous guy didn't know what they were doing, but I can say for sure that Samba was super hard to get a hold of after he was fully paid and never came back to finish the job he promised to do.
Update: Samba I saw your reply just minutes after I posted this and yes, you certainly did do the job for me. I'm 100% sure. And you never came back to finish it even though I called and called. And like several other reviewers said, many times when I called you said, ""I can't talk now but I'll call you back"" and you didn't.

I found ASAP on yelp and trusted everyone's reviews on here. So glad I did! Contacted Samba on Tuesday for faucet replacement and scheduled my appt for Saturday. Work was completed within 30 minutes and he fixed a small leak for me! Honest, efficient and professional. If you have a plumbing issue- no need to look further- call him!!

Sloppy work! Did not follow my suggestion to tap into the water pipe in the next bay rather than bringing the line from the other end of the room! This resulted in too many joints, with potential for leakage in the future! Pricey too!

Not impressed. Saw the raving reviews here on yelp and was excited to hire this plumber to upgrade my pipes.

1st call on Saturday- ASAP Rep - ""Hello I'm very busy now. I will call you Monday to give you an estimate""

2nd call on Monday - ASAP Rep ""I'm calling you to schedule a time and day to stop by for an estimate. Let's schedule my guy to stop by your place on Thursday to give an estimate.""

These guys were great! We had a hole in one of the pipes under our sink, and they came out promptly the morning after I called them to fix it. They were in and out in about half an hour. Friendly, efficient, reliable. We'll definitely use their services again.
