Woke up Saturday morning to a burst hot water boiler... searched YELP found a few companies. I called them all and Samba from ASAP plumbing was by far the nicest, most professional and super understanding and helpful. so I decided to go with them. Now it is Monday at noon and I have a brand new boiler and hot water. They were so efficient and the space is spotless. Great guys who came and did the installation. I can highly recoomend them

The sink in my basement backed up. I called two plumbers, but they were slow in responding. In the meantime, I am afraid that the sink will overflow and make a mess. I called Samba yesterday around 5 pm yesterday and asked him to come over to my house at 4 pm today. He was able to give me an estimate over the phone. He came promptly and he got the job done within 20 minutes. He charged me exactly what his estimate was. I am very impressed by Samba's professionalism. I will recommend him to everyone.

I've been using Samba and his team for a series of repairs on my parent's house -- everything from changing faucets to leaking drain lines to clogs to new hose bibs, sump pumps, and an ice machine line. I even had him fix some code-compliance issues with previous work. While scheduling can be difficult (he prioritizes emergency calls, as he should), his work is top-notch and his team goes above and beyond, doing the things you didn't think of but needed, such as making sure drains are clear when changing faucet or putting in proper shutoffs where they should be -- no cutting corners. On multiple occasions, he and his team have stayed late until the job is done.

They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are easily worth the money to know that the job will be done correctly the first time -- and I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to how I think things should be done. I've hired him multiple times this year, and will likely have him back in the future as needed.

I called Samba at 7:30am on a Sunday when an outside PVC pipe burst during a severe cold snap, sending water gushing under our porch. I couldn't believe I could reach someone at that hour! He sent Leo in less than 2 hours; they quickly assessed what had to be done, got the materials they needed, and had the whole thing fixed and our water turned back on by noon. They removed the broken pipe all the way into our basement and installed a new copper valve where it had been attached. Very reasonable price given the speed, quality and thoroughness. And they were friendly and considerate. A gem in lower Westchester. Call Samba!

Samba was amazing. I called late at night in a panic about a burst pipe, he facetimed me and walked me through the initial steps to control the water and then came in the morning to fix it. He was very knowledgeable, very responsive and kind. Would absolutely use him again and would recommend him to anyone!

On February 2 2022 I finally received a link to an invoice for a job that was done December 1, 2021. On February 3, 2022 I requested that the invoice be corrected with the work date it was actually done on December 1, 2021. I also had to modify it and send it back to him to indicate that the balance was paid on December 1, 2021. Though I do appreciate this plumbing service's availability for emergencies but for its pricey cost I don't think customers need to be pulling teeth to get a correct invoice in a timely manner nor to play phone tag. I hope and trust this review would be able to be of encouragement for this business to up scale it's professional game.
